    Why are players only rendering when they are within 50 blocks? Most Server's its about 200? Guard towers are kinda pointless if you cant see people...

      I believe that has to do with your client-side render distance

      the server has its render distance set to tiny

      No it doesnt, client side render distance has renders the chunks, the player distance is server side. I imagine its like this because it puts less stress on the server.
