      Hm? It's a project he is working on. A kind of second coming of a mages guild esque thing, though unique in it's own right. Think of a area where everyone from scholars and intellects, to mages and alchemists go to discuss the finer things in life, and also filled with students passionate in their studies. That is what he is looking for.
