I'm against keeping all magic locked. But I can never understand why some people think most magic users think they're above people, I hand around with most, if not, some of the mage peeps IC and OOC, I hardly witness them show any sign or form of them viewing themselves as above others. Maybe there's a high chance few think that, yeah. Keep most magic unlocked, I do get sick of some magic users comparing their magic willies with others.

Yeah, I say go with Cray's statement. I don't mind people slipping away from the standard rules of magic for the sake of fun and creativity, but if they slip away from the standard rules of magic for their own, selfish benefit, then I think it would be suited to tell that person to roleplay magic properly. If that person refuses, then they're likely to be stuck-up and need a change of mentality.

Did you know Passive-aggressive personality disorder is a thing? Check it/check yourself before you wreck yourself. Psychologist Theodore Million proposed 4 'negativist' subtypes for the disorder. There's blatant passive-aggression on this every now and then.
