Name [Rp&OOC]: Mc:Baconthief RP:Khel Oussana Race: Dark elf/ Mali'ker Age: Unsure about the age, but he is an elven year and a month. Howerver, I am guessing my character is around 400. If you know what the exact age for an elven year is, that would be very helpful. Nation: Malinor but as of late his loyalty has been wavering. If the rp happens correctly he would give up malinor entirely Your reason for joining: This clan would fit perfectly for khel. His previous family (malinor) has given him the impersonation that he is unwanted. He feels that he has failed his nation which he has so adamantly served for the entirety of his life. They are neglecting his years of service, all the blood and sweat he has given them goes by ignored. He views the others as foolish, they wish to return to Aegian normality when the entire high council has never seen Aegis. The only reason he stays is that he has no other place to go that would accept him with open arms. Khel desires fellowship and communion, when that is neglected he will search in other places for it. OOCly, I am growing rather bored with malinor, the rp is getting bland, repetitive, and annoying. By that I mean I don't get the opportunity to have normal rp with anyone, simply rp fighting nonstop. I don't have a problem with Rp fighting as long as it is not the only thing you do, and that is really all that I have been doing. When all the rp that is brought up to you is fight after fight, which sparks an ooc argument about how you can't hit an arrow out of the air with a spear...can you blame me? I just need some thing exciting for my character. Anywase enough of that, I have also been looking for something new to rp and from reading this, I think it will be hella fun. He has minimal experience as a hunter; however, this was part of his upbringing lore 400 years ago so most of the experience is lost. I am really terrible at remebering specific orcs because their names all seem the same to me, but I feel I have rped with you before. I've rped with so many orcs the sort of just blend together. Oh and I see you on the forums plenty 7/10

I wanted to write lore on the solar system of of Asulon. But I knew I had to write telescope lore first. First someone writes lightning evocation for me and now this. You guys are the best : )

((Just elaborating on what you said because I happen to know this stuff fairly well)) This is dependent on the ampere(amount of electrons) and the voltage(speed at which electrons travel). For example a fast moving highly electron dense "bolt" will undoubtedly cause a fatal attack. However, little ampere and high speed will do nothing. (same is said for High ampere and little voltage). Lightning strikes potential for fatality are dependent on these factors, as well as the ohms(resistance) of what you are wearing. And the reason there is little cases of burns(like you said) is because the passing current is so brief that it has little time to create a "thermal" burn.(If you hold the lightning strike for a long period of time, expect plenty of nasty burns) However, what causes the death is how the current affects the nervous system and muscular system (Some lightning strike survivors are unable to feel heat/cold, or anything at all...while electric current can also cause muscle spasms) Pain is unavoidable with electric charges. It "tears" apart your nervous system too much. When cells are effected they will create large gaps in the cell membrane, which basically kills the cell. They can no longer properly retain water and it's organelles if it is severe enough. The skin or wherever it passes will be severely damage if plenty of fast moving electrons pass through. Expect internal bleeding. When it comes to complete organ shut down it's the fact that a massive magnetic field is created. This is what has potential to shut organs down. Edit: And +1 for this. Love the idea...I was going to write this myself, but I have too much time restraints to write any decent and acceptable lore. Look forward to seeing this rped.

Rosso and his stick XD I try using Jui-jitso( Been doing it since I was little) in my own rp. Not for the playing to win of course, just to make things exciting and less bland combat wise. However, It will normally nearly shuts down the roleplay when I do it. I sort of stoped because of it, the moves get pretty complicated. So I totally understand the stoping. I could add to the unarmed bit of the martial art if you liked : ) Edit: Only problem is it's more of a "on the ground" martial art. Not really standing up, few rp situations call for "on the ground" combat
