    This, along with community drama and people making reports or appeals for the rep are the reasons I like this idea. I especially hate it when players make an appeal that's not aimed as an apology for what they did, but simply to rally players to their side. On the other hand, this is why I'm undecided on this issue. I'm all for transparency in staff behaviour, but this transparency comes at the cost of the issues mentioned above. No. Ban reports and appeals will not become a popularity contest. Very often the right decision is not the popular one. 90% of the community thinks only of their own interests and those of their friends, not what is best for the server.
