If someone RPs as being cocky and arrogant they should expect to get into fights more than usual. If you say something along the lines of "I dont like your attitude, watch your lip" and they persist, you've every right to knock some sense into them

But if it is a noble don't you need to be approved for a certain type of evil because killing or hurting them is promoting chaos? I just think they need an app if they act like that. It's like bandits we had too many bandits so we stopped accepting as many, we should have a type of VA for arrogant characters and not accept as many so we have a more diverse and fun server.
