    Most of the time the is a good reason, but i can't help but notice that people think it's cool and not a crime to murder someone out in the open. Like, be realistic you wouldn't just walk up to someone and tell them you're going to murder them just because they aren't the same race or in a different city.

      There's no reason for a player not to kill a member of a race that's allied with their own race. Sure, if they were some kind of high-ranking military officer or political official, but not just some regular guy.
