      I'd assume they just set to 'emote mode' or whatever it's called, and do /w before their message.

      if you have roleplay chatstyle set to quotation, you can just type like /w Bob laughs

      Type "/roleplay chatstyle" until it says "Quotations". However, you'll have to use " " every time you speak.
