    So, I found the newest source of my lagging problem. It is my battery. I stupidly fryed the thing having it plugged in for long periods of time. So now, with my bro's help, we found a replacement on sale. Now he has to decide if he wants to buy it for me or not. :/ Here's To hoping he'll get it for me.
