  1. Directions Brine: To make the brine: Mix salt and sugar with the water. Brine is ready when the mixture is completely dissolved. If the water is heated to quicken the process, make sure it is cooled to room temperature before placing meat in. Let the 3 birds sit in brine in the refrigerator overnight. Preheat roaster to 500 degrees F. Lay turkey skin side down on a flat surface. Dust turkey with House Seasoning and add 1/4-inch layer of cornbread dressing. Lay duck skin side down on top of dressing. Dust duck with House Seasoning and add 1/4-inch layer of dressing. Repeat with the chicken. Begin trussing up the turkey at the neck. Insert metal skewer about 1/2-inch from the edge and up through the other side. Run butcher's twine between skin and skewer and tighten to draw both sides together. Continue down to legs. With every other skewer, draw together the duck and chicken skin. Tie together turkey legs to resemble standard turkey. Dust turkey skin with paprika. Roast turducken for 15 minutes. Then turn the roaster down to 225 degrees F to finish, approximately 3 hours. Remove turducken from roaster once the internal temperature in the chicken reaches 155 degrees F. Let rest for at least 20 minutes before carving. Cut across the middle of the breast completely through. Plate thin slices containing turkey, duck and chicken. Cook's Notes: If using a smoker to cook, smoke at 225 degrees F for 5 hours, rotating every 20 to 30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees F and external temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Try to keep the flare-ups from the fire to a minimum. House Seasoning: Mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months. Dressing: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. To make the cornbread, combine all ingredients and pour into a greased shallow baking dish. Bake for approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. To make the dressing, crumble dried white bread slices, cornbread and crackers. Mix together and set aside. Saute chopped celery and onion in butter until transparent, approximately 5 to 10 minutes. Pour over corn bread mixture. Add stock, mix well and add salt, pepper, sage, and poultry seasoning. Add beaten eggs and mix well. Follow instructions above to stuff birds. Yield: 8 to 10 servings Read more at: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/paula-deen/turducken-recipe.html?oc=linkback

Displays When art is submitted to the guild, it may be displayed in either an art gallery, a library, or performed during Haensetian events. The guild works closely with the crown to improve the aesthetic of the Kingdom of Highlanders. OOC All works submitted to the guild will be considered roleplay property only. I will never attempt to use your art for personal gain or anything of the sort. I would just like to add more culture to Haense and the server in general and I feel this is a great way to get some of the creative people on this server together RPly and OOCly. If this gains enough traction I will try and organize it on the wiki that way it can be archived properly and free use for anyone in character to enhance their role play. Also anyone who becomes Adept or above I will personally write you a wiki page with all of your characters works. How to Submit Either contact me in game with an item representing your piece of art for display purposes or send me a PM over the forums with the art.
  8. "You haven't seen one, as there are few."
  9. Ser Rickard Barrow, a renowned environmentalist would send out a letter to all men of Oren. The Orcish race is considered an endangered species by the college of Haense, killing orcs will now result in a 150 mina fine. ((abeam told me 2 do post this
  10. Rickard was rarely a man of tears. However, that night he wept.
  11. It's confusing that it's needed, there are plenty of other things that could be developed rather then waiting for this fast travel thing to be implemented.
  12. If they can be punished, why not make it a simple 10-15 second thing rather then this confusing thing.
  13. The reason FT timers are there, are for PVP, ten to fifteen seconds is all that's needed to really combat people using them in PVP
  14. Could we just have fast travels with like a 10-15 second cooldown? That's all I really want.
  15. Because my character might have to go somewhere else? Why do I have to /deal/ with anything? Why can't I just have something that's easier for me to roleplay?
  16. You don't have to do pointless dock RP? I have to walk, that's the difference.
  17. Yes, because your roleplay isn't hampered by me using a fast travel, my roleplay is actually hampered because I cannot use a damn fast travel. I do not want to walk, neither do the 50 other people who live in Haense and the countless others in all the other provinces of Oren.
  18. How do people floundering around the docks effect your roleplay though? If you want to participate in that roleplay all you have to do is join in. I wish I could have fast travels because I hate walking for fifteen minutes everytime I want to go from St. Karlsburg to Johannasburg. I don't have any fun, it was cool the first time, but after i've walked down this path at least 50 times it's lost its luster and no matter how 'interesting' you make the builds, I won't ever enjoy walking from point A to point B. It's so annoying that when me and a few friends decide to go somewhere else in roleplay we've got to make a fifteen minute walk. There is no fun in that, there is no immersion, you can't walk when roleplay, it's literally wasting my time when I could be roleplaying.
  19. That doesn't have anything to do with what we were saying. If you do not like to use fast travels, don't use them, if other people use them how does it harm you?
