See this is where people mistake the plugin. It keeps players online, and thus when players are online doing a job it creates immersion for people walking around. For a traveler to see a guy cutting down trees just outside a lumbermill creates great immersion. By staying online cutting trees you can RP with any passerbys, and it creates a unique RP that allows you to RP as a lumberjack, or RP trading wares to people.
