The question is how would you actually pull it off? If you just emote being invisible someone can just as easily walk up to you and say "no you ain't. I can see you right there."
Maybe if you enchant at least a dozen different gems on the cloak with a mental magic illusion, since mental magic only works on one person at a time...then maybe it'll work.
