  10. ((Pictures are big, may take a second to load)) Deep in the old forests of the Dale, rested an ancient tree that stood the test of time. Like a Hobbit, but far from it, a fellow built a hovel under such a tree, as his own home. As the tree was on such a steep cliff, and probably the worst of places to build a hovel (besides maybe net to an Orc's home) the Hobbits of the Vale wondered who would create such a structure. Our story leads us to an unusual Elf, one which did some impossible acts, and even some possible acts. Bircalin, the Party Elf, did what few Pointy Ears (as the Halflings call them) could ever do, and that is befriend the Wee-Folk. On many occasions he defended the Hobbits, another things which almost no other Elves have done. Even stranger, if you will, he could OUT-DRINK a Hobbit! This may not seem very incredible to you, but to the folk of the Farthings, this was magical. He was known as the Party Elf, one of the most fun of the Big Ones to ever meet a Hobbit. Living in harmony with his new neighbors, Bircalin was lost during the Halfling's migration from the Farthings. It was believed he had passed from the Demon's attacks, and the Halflings silently mourned their Party-Hard friend. But in the wake of the days, a figure appeared. If you can guess, you would say it was none other than the Elf, which it was. Bircalin had survived the attack, and had returned to his small friends, who provided company unlike any other. Within time, order and balance to the Partying was restored by the Elf, now living in the near by wilds. Party Elf Creek Complete for any Elf worth his weight in fun and jolly laughs, a wonderful creek not just for anyone, but for Bircalin. Anyone who steps in would feel the warmth of the sun, and the breeze of the waters By night the crickets chirp and by day the animals leap across the stream, vegetation growing from all places, dirt and trees uprooting the grounds. This is truly a place where nature, and parties, live in a beautiful balance with one another. ((Much more fun at night time, or during parties))
