A new one who's making ideas to improve a race while it's down! Let me first say, this is agreat idea, and I clap to you for trying to help a part of the community instead of insulting them, or just ignoring them. Secondly, I welcome you to the server and I am happy we have yet another person ready to help. Now! This idea is actually good. Luring pinkehz and twiggys to the city and murdering them for the glory of satan, I love it. I'd suggest PMing an orc leader with this idea, the event may be able to be put into play! Sounds fun, actually, a great idea you stumbled upon. Ya, I'd go to this event. Not sure what the orcs forum names are, sorry, but in game you could be an orc and head down!

Oh my, it does say havings! Fixing that now. And Hobbits are the same thing as Halflings. Hobbit is used more in LOTR books but Halfling is also used to name a Halfling. They are basically the same thing.

There's enough players who want to become hobbits, simply not enough to keep them. When I started off, I roleplayed with Super, TMdeath, Sorsby, Cmack, and everyone else from top to bottom for about a week. You simply cannot do that now, so we just need something to keep people here and happy :/

[All OOC] As of late many people trying to start off a Hobbit (or creating a temp character) have come and gone for some reasons. I just want to add this here so the Elders or anybody could fix up, just some opinionsI have. 1- Halfling aren't on now a days. I head to Lenfarthing and get on Richard and the place is empty, and if not usually only one or two are on. This may be my own fault, I may just be coming at a time when others are not on due to timezones, what do I know? Either way, most new Halflings cannot get perms, and just leave out of lack of ability. Give some other Halflings that can be trusted Perms to give new ones. No, don't just give them out willy-nilly, that's bad, but the ypunger members of the community don't have the idea to PM elders or Benny (Benny has perms, I believe) 2- We need to have more festivals. I was not able to be on during Lenfest, but it seemed like it attracted people. I've asked around and I've heard mixed opinions about it, saying it's nothing but yelling and firework spams, but I've also heard it was fun enough to come. Can we have a schedule for festivals? Have something along the lines of Lenfest every other week or so? Or once a month? Halflings are known for their festivals, why not have them many and much? 3- Encourage new Hobbits to be different. Although change is a tricky thing and one not liked among Halflings, that doesn't mean you can't have a special type of Halfling. You can be different than a farmer, as long as they don't go as far as being a uber-badass magic wielding swordsman demigod. A lot of the new ones take being normal so extreme we have no interests and we might as well all have one personality and different faces. If any body wants to add to this and discuss, feel free. Just something I thought would be good to help out the halflings for the moment. Edit: thanks for changing title tigergamer :P

I'll do this, love it! Willowswamp Whiskey The Willowswamp Whiskey is a taint whiskey from the swamp areas near Lenfarthing. Water from the swamps, mushrooms, fermented wheat, and some frogs (Not toads) make the Whiskey stronger than most, but reducing it's overall flavor and quantity. Boiling the brew and then letting sit in a barrel of a swamp tree (this is also such the like of Vodka) for 1-2 weeks allows the Whiskey to develop the taste of the wood. A last point to add is Gun Powder, giving a terrible taste (almost like drinking metal) but a kick like no other. as last, this is only found in Lenfarthing, or wherever Halfling roam.
