    Just thought of something...You know how we have that issue with "If we give horse rights to one race/region, the others will get jealous?" What if each place raises horses, but say, the cold north raises klidsdales, desert raises the light sand colored horse, you know, make horse types for the regions?

      You might be able to restrict natural spawning as well, so that only certain ones spawn in certain biomes.

      Just make a plugin so that their technically different breeds, and can't be bred together :P

      Have the gms handle the experimenting.
