To answer your first question, there are no Priest ranks. There is only the Ja', the priests and priestesses, and the Ju' the Aelkos or religion/leader of the Ja'. There can only be one Ju', and the current is Natayshi (Benboboy), although he is very busy with his work on the Event Team and other stuff. And the Kharajyr are most active in weekends or midday in 'Mericuh, although you can find some sometimes in midday GMT time. And your last question, I don't know, I think it is allowed, but you'd have to check that up with Geo or Benbo.

Power-emoting definition needs expanding and add an example to it. Parents being killed by Orcs is cliché and overused, try to think of something more creative. The beginning of your biography makes no sense. You ran away a week before he Orcs came, but you somehow saw your parents die. How can your character know that the Orcs would come, and how could he see his parents die if he ran away? You cannot befriend the "animal kingdom" and make them do things for you. A 19 year old Wood Elf cannot kill an Orc, they would surely lose, plus you also need a Villain Application for this. And lastly, you also didn't include a skin.
