    Need some help. I have some earbuds with a built in microphone. I'm trying to get it to work for teamspeak, but the mic won't work wether I plug it in the headset jack or microphone jack

      Return those earbuds and get a real headset. Those earbuds only work on phones.

      You can get a gaming headset for at least $20 on amazon, but most of them are over $30 at retail stores, like Best Buy.

      If you just want a normal headset, you can easily get a pair for $10.
