And what I am saying is you are pointing out the outcome of a different problem. It's a single root from the tree that is the larger problem. Respect. Or rather a lack of respect from the community towards the staff and itself. Whenever a player or staff member proposes something it is met with snarky, volatile comments instead of a general sense of teamwork and wanting to take an idea and improve upon it. Then again there is the other side where people give out an idea and are to stubbor...

to see any flaws in their ideas. The community is too defensive/aggressive and the staff is too passive
