I will retcon magic if we make all forms of physical combat follow a similar system to learning magic.

Not to actually solve a problem, but just to piss everyone off. 

Pissing people off is the only purpose of being staff. Forcing people to learn sword forms and having to apply for Skill Applications would be beyond hilarious tho.
