Charter applications are only necessary for acquiring land outside of a nation, if you are requesting land within a nation, this is not how you get the land. Ask the leaders either in RP or OOC. You are expected to seek land through them first, before resorting to this application.

I, Lima, fully acknowledge that if roleplay in the region in question does not occur, or player retention of the area depreciates to a level where hardly any active RP remains in the area, then the area will be removed, ruined or naturalized by GMs/ET members with a 1 week probationary period.
Additional Roleplay:
The Oathcast were castaways in the eyes of the dwarves who so openly castigated them. For their endowments, treachery was given for all to see. For what they had sowed, the enemy reaped. And so they poured forth from the fatal loins of Kal’Akesh in search of new lands that would receive their formidable host, to those who would bear the truth and light of Yemekar’s boon. Past thievery had made a beggar out of the rich dwedmar, to where honourable liege lords would be sought in Vailor. A deal was struck with the imperial remains of Orenia, to where the Oathcast would pay their dues and submit under the Crown for a home suitable to Oathcast.
The clan of Oathcast congregated into the motherland of Orenia. They found sanctuary in the former Moorelands, where the Lancers of the Dour Watch rode alongside the Lantern Vigil. Atop the walls of Dour Watch, the fugitive dwedmar made their stay however rough the winds blew in the political distraught of Oren. As time drilled along to where the bountiful nature of the dwarves overfilled the coffers of their host, it became evident it was not their home. Time withered away in a realm where the dwarves were strangers to the ilk around them. Though they did not bear the false and deceitful intent of their former brethren, the Oathcast could not make stay with those who differed so greatly.
Away did the Oathcast go from their sheltered gates, on a wayfarer’s odyssey to challenge the fortunes placed before them. Pay heed to their intent, greater goals lay before them. Their eyes scoured the countryside, yet home did not bear itself amongst the trees. It did not in the caverns, and it did not in the plains. The mountains beckoned to the dwedmar, and so they answered It’s call. They were brought before to testify before the mountain, to carve a future out of rottings stone and frozen pathways. The cogs clicked in place; the time was ripe for a truly righteous hold to be erected in the mountains so far from home. Soon the pillars of Oathcast were to hoist, and the halls will thunder with magical reverberations once more.
An excerpt from Aindar Oathcast’s journal reads as follows…
I know not what my father’s intentions are to rebuild upon the mountains, to be quite frank. We were cast aside, humble servants to a cause we did not fully believe in. In the long term, we must look to better ourselves and our beliefs; to remain unerring and fervent in the ideas we hold near to our hearts. The time has come for us to make our move, however; to let history know that the Oathcast are not to be forgotten as a mere footnote in the passage of time.
I am, to my very core, a proud dwed. So are those who share in the name of my clan, those who came before me, and those who stand proudly with me now. It is upon the mountains that we will build anew, a testament to the world that we are not to be passed by idly. Halls of old that echo the loudness of trade, labor, and pride in one’s work; Khro-Kaz’ad shall be that sanctuary where the Oathcast and Thiiikadreluroz will thrive in their work.
An excerpt from Lori, Ekran Yoran Eron Kormar's Journal.
Soon I will have it, a glorious hold yet again to practise the arts of my ancestors. The years of arduously working for the Umros after our exile are almost over, and we will come to set for again upon the righteous path Yemehar had carved for those of the true faith. This hold, Khro-Kaz’ad shall stand as a true testament to the power of those who sacrificed themselves to the future of The Old Empire and indeed our world; upholding their dearest values. It should not be forgotten however; and I fear my sons do, that we will not be completing this project alone. Dwed of other colours, namely some Khrorulmar and even the occasional Umros have shown a desire to live with us. I have known for a long time that if you are to produce the finest fruit within the land then surely people will come to you to feast.
To that, I have also ensured that the greatest craftsmen of every flavour will join us; unburdened by tax and open to raise as much capital as they wish. This should ensure that when the times come, my sons and brothers shall have the finest wargear available to smite the celestial threat.
But alas, I must contact Beros for we hardly have a codified texts to our belief. I’m also to make the preparations for the move today, before the battle, as I see my contract with the Umros Titus De Sola closing today. I’m sure to have a few busy weeks past this moment, so I may find myself neglecting this journal.
Until next time, Rhosalyn.
Additional OOC
i_am_ricky has been handling this charter through skype, I suspect he may wish to claim this one.
Also noteworthy, the hold will be the centralised magical guild for Runesmithing. The essential idea was to produce runesmithing constructs alongside other higher quality goods with nearly every member holding a angelic skill. This was to have the real ''feel'' of a dwarven hold.
