  2. United Canadian Front Activity: With the recent success of the Ganvius operation, many of the crewmembers on board the vessels of Strike Group Brooklyn are given their fair share of leave time, allowing them to unwind from the previous battle. As before, men and women of the U.C.F. navy are given their commendations, and the fallen are forever remembered and honored at several memorials across Jardun III and Carspan II. Within the council chambers of the U.C.F. the voting continues. With fierce competition rising between the two sides of the votes a winner on each side slowly begins to emerge. A war of words begins between the two competitors as they fight for the position of The Overseer. Once all questions are answered, and the debates conclude, the results are displayed throughout the chamber. The new Overseer, and leader of the U.C.F., emerges. 3. United Canadian Front Activity: The U.C.F. fleet known as Strike Group Brooklyn is soon reinforced by their newly built cruiser, the U.C.F. Stalwart. With their sudden boost in firepower, the fleet heads for a central rally point in Ganvius space, meeting with several dozen other friendly vessels from The Cooperative. With their orders assigned and issued between the several fleets, Strike Group Brooklyn leads the Cooperative’s fleet towards the edge of Ganvius space, towards the Kalronian frontline. The council that runs the U.C.F. turns into one of pure chaos, with too many voices in the room all voicing opinions of different subjects, the decision is finally made to cast a vote on the matter, to have a single voice to govern the council as a whole and as such, the entire Canadian Front. The voting process is as long as it is difficult, to choose a single leader from a council of over three dozen does not prove to be an easy task. To solve this issue, all of the voters are put into brackets with one another, making it so that there are only two candidates per bracket. The entire process takes several months to conclude, though it runs smoothly as the choices slowly begin to narrow. 4. United Canadian Front Activity: The U.C.F. fleet in the Ganvius sector remains dormant, standing fast at a distant Ganvian colony near the edge of their controlled space. They await further orders from the Ganvius, waiting for their next chance to strike at the Kalronians. Drills are carried out on board the troop carrier, ensuring that they troops on board are ready at any moment's notice. Further development goes into the research of the Kalronian body armor. With their very large sum of materials and personnel used on the research, many begin to wonder what exactly the plating is made of. The newest and baddest ship designed by the U.C.F. enters production, hence making their newest ship the largest of the U.C.F. fleet. 5. United Canadian Front Activity: Cheers of victory are heard across the planets as the victory over Kalronian’s is announced to the public. With a mere single ship disabled along with ‘minimal’ casualties, the U.C.F. along with the UCI and Ganvius had successfully destroyed several Kalronian ships and invaded a supply station. The demonstrated power of their military was shown across the colonies, showing a Dundas frigate detonating a Kalronian cruiser from behind in a mere single hit. Acts of courage on the front are shown as marines storm the supply base, courageously taking on the vastly superior foes in close quarters. Several men in the marines are awarded, and are as such paraded through the colonies of the U.C.F., urging many others to join their ranks. The true numbers for the U.C.F. are grim, out of the 1000 marines sent onto the station, more than a third of them had died in combat. Total losses of the engagement were numbered to be around 400 total for the U.C.F., including both navy crewmen during space combat and marines on their raid into the supply station. This propaganda brings a large influx to the marines recruiting bank, and even a few men wanting to change branches. Generals and Admirals alike fear for their upcoming battles, and begin issuing out their newest combat armor designed by the winner of their public competition, Aegis Technologies. The itoron-aluminum alloy armor is set to out perform any body armor made before, also being equipped with magnetic boots, the LAS VI Program, and oxygen tanks. The armor is first issued to the deployed marines, as they will be fighting the most in space and require the highest chance of survivability. Concord AP Activity (16 Total): Scientists are giddy at the marines findings on the Kalronian encounter, and begin work on the highly advanced armor at once. They piece the suits together before completely breaking them down, reverse engineering them into possible ways that they could use on their own kind. Along with the assistance of foreign scientists (Tyras), research is heading much faster than anticipated. (10 AP (8 From Tyras)) With the combat trials completed for their gauss weaponry, they found that the standard solid-shot shells were barely making impacts on the alien ships, and began to search for alternatives. Testing was done on their own shields, attempting to find any sort of weakness against them such as xylorite-fused shells or even shells with electric pulses flowing through them. (2 AP) Mass production of the new ‘Tribal’ T-43 body armor suits were made within the factories of Carspan II due to their proximity to itoron. These weapons were shipped out to exclusively the marines. (2 AP) The newly acquired technology of refining and weaponizing xylorite was soon traded for by the Solarin’s and eventually was put to use. Refining factories began to spring up across Jardun III, using the nearby xylorite mines on it’s moon to supply the refineries with their needed resource. (1 AP) As the war in the south raged on, the U.C.F. was willing to assist the Ganvius yet again, this time sending a much larger force of one destroyer, three frigates, both of their corvettes, and a fully rearmed detatchment of 900 marines, now equipped with both the T-43 armor, and their gauss weaponry, and 50 members of salvage crews fitted with their salvaging equipment to bring back vessels. Desginated as Strike Group Brooklyn. they met with any UCI vessels headed to the Ganvius before jumping to the Ganvius systems to assist with any offenses or defenses in the area. 7. United Canadian Front Activity: The planet of Jardun III rests easy as the encounter with a foreign vessel ends peacefully. The council chambers are quickly filled and the meetings begin, centered around both the new alien life they have discovered as well as their position in the entire galaxy. Military heads are ecstatic at all of the weaponry and enhancements being put into their vessels and ground forces, and as such have many military parades across Jardun III, complete with overhead fly-by’s from their A-1’s and Rideout corvettes. The rest of their fleet spend their time orbiting far above. Recently there has been in increases on retrieved signals, specifically from a group calling themselves the U.C.I. The council organizes agreements between the two sectors including trade, migration, and a defensive pact agreement. A new competition is launched by the government in co-operation with the military. It demands that a new body armor is created with the highest end mobile technology, as well as being made out of itoron plating. The winner of such contest will be given a military production contract, and be the devoted producer of such wearable armor for the military. 8. United Canadian Front Activity: Training throughout the nation begins as many of the new rifles arrive at bases across the U.C.F. with no issue. Plenty of the men take a liking to it’s superior accuracy and sheer stopping power over their previous rifles. The newest air wing of the U.C.F. is deployed onto the planet of Jardun, allowing those who wish to persuit a career in the air force to do so. Many of these new pilots will be the ones that bring the first flight into the stars and far beyond. The U.C.F. Navy demands research of an expansion upon the gauss cannon technology to be mounted upon their vessels to improve them from the traditional ballistic style of weaponry. Scientists are baffled by their discovery of these two new materials. Upon clearing them for any radioactive traces or anything that may be capable of harming their people they begin to excavate the resources for return to Jardun III. Ship manufacturing companies are alerted of this and begin to patton several types of interstellar mining ships. 9. United Canadian Front Activity: Word from the new colony of Carpsan II has spread throughout the founding planet of the U.C.F., Jardun III, that the landings and colonization of the planet have been a huge success. Many more transports with supplies, people, and munitions begin to make their way towards the new planet. Scientists beam at their discovery of a new element within their system and prove it worthy to inspect it further. Many of them believe it to be a super metal of some kind, while others speculate it could be some sort of energy source that can be used to power entire cities. Further research must be done in order to conclude what this metal is, and that they will do. The navy celebrates at the launch of both of their new Rideout Corvettes, the U.C.F. Crossroad and the U.C.F. Judicator. Many begin to flock to the recruitment centers to join the Front’s growing military, and hope for a life into the unknown. Military heads celebrate of the creation of these new weapons which primarily use gauss like technology to fire their rounds. 10. United Canadian Front Activity: News quickly spread across the colonies of Jardun III as the unknown vessel came within the gravity well of the planet. All 4 Dundas Frigates were dispatched to encounter the craft, and attempted to raise it’s captain on board. “This is Captain of the U.C.F. Wellington, the flagship of the U.C.F. Navy. Identify yourself, or face termination.” The voice on the comms awaited an answer, standing stoic on the bridge of the Dundas Frigate. Across the planet of Jardun III many watched the local broadcasting systems and awaited a verdict on what exactly the ship was, and why it was here. New settlers on the planet that has been named Carspan II had begun hasty production of new town centers and such. Their remote miners began to work away, drilling deep into the ground while many men and women began to work on creating the infrastructure for the new cities. The colony ship remained in orbit above the planet, allowing all of the towns below to retrieve the supplies that they needed at any time. In orbit the question of their military and security began to rise again over time, and eventually it was deemed necessary to build several defense platforms guarding the planet’s surface from any threat that may come from space. 11. United Canadian Front Activity: After their many months in space the U.C.F. had been able to allocate enough resources to create 4 of their new Dundas frigates, a colonial freighter, as well as a standard interstellar freighter. Recent discoveries have found their homeworld of Jardun III to be a mineral rich environment, leading local entrepreneurs to make a pretty penny on the local markets. Recent discoveries in the scientific fields of gravity had been made when an unnamed scientist created a system capable of maintaining a stable gravity on board large vessels and orbiting stations. Many wonder what advancements this technology can lead to, whether it can be weaponized, and if it can be fine tuned for civilian purposes. Scientists have recently discovered new wavelengths of which they are able to send signals, allowing the range of their radars and antennas to reach unprecedented distances. Efforts are being put forward to create powerful relays that may be mounted on board vessels, allowing faster response time between channels over trans-stellar pathways. Others are pushing the idea of massive relay stations to possibly communicate with other civilizations, or even any other survivors from Earth. Prosperous, it had been built to sustain a healthy population of 130,000, though was only manned with 100,000 on board during it's launch into the stars. Upon it's reentry into reality the residents and crew had found themselves far from where they were destined. After spending a few months in search of a new home, political leaders on board had established a new council with members originating across Canada, and dubbed themselves the United Canadian Front. they found the rugged planet of Jardun III. After spending weeks in orbit around what they believed to be a stable planet, they had finally received the news that the world was habitable and began their execution of populating the planet immediately. Several colonizing craft had made its way towards the planet and landed across it's vast terrain, finding suitable zones for cities in bays and along large bodies of water. With the colonies away the U.C.F. Prosperous the ship continued it's orbit around the planet, serving as a makeshift service station for supplies and equipment that the cities needed.
