Pretty stupid ban reason. Why can't they turn on leaf decay in every region but the Elf ones that need them?

because a lot of regions use leafs for decor and its not that big a deal to cut leaves down, or let them decay; you just have to be in the region.

It's not a pretty stupid reason when someone leaves floating trees. As in, logs & trees which prevented leaf decay at said time.

It hasn't been denied by any GM's. When the subject of it being in the denied forum was brought up in the GM chat Wednesday, no GMs have said anything

Well it must've been moved there for a reason besides im pretty sure the dwarves said they would deny it anyway. Yu have enough land anyway. All the oren rage and rant threads about no rp in the capital, how do you expect to when your constantly conquering regions then making towns for oren, You can hardly uphold the regions activities why not stop conquering and remove most oren towns to centralise in petrus?
