      The three times I went over to the Human Capital , I saw people standing around pots and talking in LOOC. Adria is actually good for RP , but I gotta' say Dwarves beat Oren.

      That's why I said aggregate, @Nigerian Prince. Oren has 7 total settlements, 4 dedicated to humans. In total, that beats dwarves. OP asked which *nation* had the most Rp, and I think that would have to be Oren. Which SETTLEMENT has the most Rp is a different question, one I can't really discern atm. I think Adria and Dwarves are strong contenders.
