objection you misrepresented the issue in your case filing and in fact knowingly misrepresented information as your client did, in fact, not use a vague sentence that could have be construed or sourced from something else, he did, in fact, use the full legal name of the fictional character to whom spoilers referred, thus making your argument that it was unintentional, vague, and could have been referring to something else, in fact, not adequate defense. While it is possible he may not have spoiled in a malicious manner attempting to cause harm or injure to any other parties, the fact remains that he did as such, maliciously or otherwise.
