Nolan, I do not know how to accept or implement applications. I probably have already done it. Tell me how on this page because I don't use Skype.

Right... if you haven't already I'd recommend reading through what MonkeyCoffee has linked already. You do not accept or implement applications that is the staffs job. What you do is you go to the whitelist applications subforum and you press 'start new topic', after that you want to, on a different tab, copy the format for applying from here:

Then you paste the format into the new topic you'll be making and fill out all the questions. Once that's done just post it and it'll be reviewed by an AT member soon. 

Remember to add at least three points of lore in you biography and pay close attention to the guidelines which are written on the format.
