  1. If you need a writer, ghostwriter, w/e, hmu

  2. Notes could be found throughout all lands, with an odd, old yet familiar style of writing upon them. Any who looked to them would realize it is a notice, penned by the aged Publius Bracchus of Petrus. It reads as follows: "Hail to thee patient reader. My name is Publius Bracchus, and if my name fails your memory, I will simply make clear that I am a scribe of sorts. Since my retirement from the Privy counsel of Oren, I have no fruit born of my labors, and must seek employment at my advancing age if I am to live comfortably. Should this interest you, I will relate the experience and training I have at my disposal. Before writing, I was a soldier, commanding a regiment in the old capital of Oren on Athera. There, I made many speeches before the death of Andrik Vydra, and after, I became a writer for an assembly known as the Chancery of Oren - an institution that largely wrote historical and patriotic works to be made easily accessible by the masses. My work so impressed the current King of the day, Olivier de Savoie, that I was entrusted as his Lord Steward, presiding over Felsen when it was but a street, docks and a square. I maintained my writing, even writing many of the official declarations of Oren in my having such experience writing and no Privy Seal seat prior. During his reign, I also became a dedicated wordsmith who saw the Staunton's refuse the call to rebel, and saw to many a fief refusing a call to arms. Following the war, I sought retirement again during Guy de Bar's reign. I returned to duties after a call of duty from our current Emperor, working first as the Arch-chancellor of Oren, conducting foreign and internal relations whilst constantly drafting declarations and missives for our Empire, and Privy Seal after that in my failure to attain an alliance with the powers the were at the time. Soon after, I found myself retired again, my family serving proudly now as a Cadet house, but myself largely impoverished in my charity. I can assure no intentions of seeking power; I have many a time passed on titles, one offer being that of a Duchy, all the way down to giving up the only title I ever held - Baron of Aesculus - to better accommodate the architecture of Oren. I am able to reveal copies of my work to any who are interested, and also reveal ghostwritten works I have made. If you find yourself in need of my services, you may send any letters to the bank of Felsen, and I will be sure to retrieve my mail from it as I stay and seek employment. Thankfully yours, Publius Bracchus" (Skype is JamesPHFraser, you can also message me on here if you're interested)
  3. "The buoyancy of corpses will not improve by continuously lashing more together." An aging liberal noble would say, reading a copy of this unpersuasive missive from a quiet cabin in the mountains of Avar. "It's hard not to be portrayed as the aggressor when you have such massive success on the battlefield, but many seem to fail to remember that it's the Dwarves who began this war, hoping to prey on Oren in our instability... If they wanted peace, they would have accepted my deal to create the alliance proposed between our Empire, Urguan, and the Caliphate. Vandoria can not even pretend to have neutrality, and has thusly damned all her people, rather than the many who already sought the field against our Empire. Why they would elect a Winter, and see to him making the mistakes that had damned his house before is beyond my comprehension... I hope I am not the only one praying for the well being of those whose lives remain under siege to fuel the dream that this war will have a positive outcome." Publius Bracchus finally stands from his seat, moving to the fire to set the missive in it, stocking it with more wood. He remains solemn in his solitude, feeling pained by what he feels is a moral failure by his inaction in this phase of the war. "At least the Dwarves are progressive enough now to change their name. Four years were added to the last war over such an issue, and to their own loss."

  5. Hey guys, I decided it would not be very much like me to those who know me well to make a long, sappy goodbye, so I will be brief. I have played on this server for almost a year now, and it has been quite the time. I jumped into things as Orenian Man #420, and stuck with things as they progressed. It is now though that I realize that I have neither the time, nor the interest anymore to stay and continue my creative writing contributions, and have long been unable to serve as staff. Many thanks to everyone, from Ark, the very first person I RP'd with, to Esterlen, my most intense partner in crime. I will not take all the time now to recount everyone who I appreciate now, as I am likely to miss one or two people that matter to me too much to offend in not mentioning. This server has shown me my passion; creative writing, and I intend on persuing it, but I must take the time I have spent on here and focus it on this new found passion if I wish it to take me anywhere. Shout outs to the staff, working with you guys showed me when to shut up after all the head aches I got from those who's mouths were a few sizes larger than they had to be. Shout out to the Orenian leadership for being such intense politicians that I would spend my nerdy ass time trying to sleep worrying about everything from producing enough iron on a minecraft server to preventing up and coming OG's from getting co-opted. Shout out also to the other nation leaders, for presenting a challenge I enjoyed facing off in. Lastly, shout out to the old chancery boys, you fools ending up turning me into a wannabe writer instead of a MC RP king of dorks. It is much appreciated. Thank you all again, holler at me on here if you wanna talk, or on skype @ JamesPHFraser, I am sure I will be around long enough to have a good chat. https://soundcloud.com/forest-boys/big-daddy-swag-black-town-feat

  10. Hey I know I fell off the face of the Earth because life came knocking, but I reckon I may not be able to come back. I will make a post soon on what the situation is.

  11. The old Publius hears of this, and nearly weeps in his poor state. His mind already swimming with illness that has consumed him over the past year or so, his condition worsens in his worry over the issue.
  12. Sorry for being unavailable but since Fallout 4 came out my brother has not let me on his computer when he's home. Stuck w/o the ability to play for a while longer

There are like... relevant High Council Caliphate advisors who are pretty influential to the Caliphate. I mean, if you're looking for more people to add, that could be useful. Otherwise, that's about it. (and that one ***** Alessandra...)

  14. thinking about making a post on the fast travel raid rules, hmu on here if you want to collab or air grievances that I should consider while trying to come up with a solution

  15. But for real, without a magic plugin, what's the point of removing any magics and their lore? You should only remove magics if there's no one left to teach it tbh, but scrapping the lore to me seems kind of silly for any who want to make a character that considers themselves a scholar in magic and not have any historical examples of why a teacher must do his/her job. EDIT: Also, if there are those like the likes of the staff reviving blood magic, why not make that another staff job? It seems quite reasonable to attempt to revive them rather before laying them to rest.
  16. Alright, consider this the official warning for any "ruff" posts. All previous will be deleted, all that follow will be met with warns.
