Lomian’onn – A Malauriran’s Musings on Unity, the Maheral and maehr’sae hiylun’ehya Issued from Dimaethor Elervathar's Office The 14th of Malin’s Welcome, 1771 From the beginning of Haelun’or, we have been guided by example. The first Maheral, our haelun, instilled in us the ideals of a perfect society. The second truly taught us the importance of cunning with his enigmatic riddles. The third with laws and books guided us with unmatched wisdom, building a state in which the meritorious became strong. Kalenz reminded us of the need to take care in the upkeep of our blessed society. Iatrilemar’s retirement and the subsequent vacancy brought to attention again the need to keep ourselves untainted. The Ascendance of the Maheral I naturally ascended to the position of Maheral 86 years from today, but in a very different time- a time when Haelun’or had fallen to corruptive forces and had by consequence splintered our people into Enclaves and factions all over the realm. Our effort in the Silver Enclave of Fi’halen was very much an effort to unite and reconstruct a sense of common understanding of our history and philosophy. The first two Sohaeran, Tarlach ‘the Termite’ and Alyrion ‘the Beaver’ Laureh’onn, worked diligently side by side with myself to build an harmonious and strong state for the pure, with ambition to overcome the inherent issues the prior Republics had proven to have, and we succeeded. Mali’thill continued to return home, and there they found peace; progress and health. Though we succeeded for a period of time, the Sohaership which followed Tarlach and Alyrion Laureh’onn showed us the dangers of apathy, the vulnerability and weakness of the State which inactive leadership could cause. Unity, as is purity, is disrupted when infidelity and tormenting weakness prompts derelict and unfounded peace in contrary to principle and ethic. Recognising this, the Mali’thill disposed the new weak Sohaer in favour of a stronger Maheral, building a coalition of principled purists to make up the new Heial’thilln, rejecting the destructive voices of impure dissent which the different factions of the Enclave had sown. I share this realisation about the crucial, absolutely essential importance of the Maheral and a constant effort against impure dissent in light of the recent murder of former Maheral Azorella Elibar’acal. A murder, presumed to have been committed by former Annilerir Adeline Cuth’arlin- an ‘ata we now have very good reason to believe was an adherent of the dark. A murder which undoubtedly raised questions about the implications of others, by the pondering on the weight of the serious tensions which had erupted between the Heial’thilln and the Maheral. A murder which caused terror, a result of the lack of guidance and leadership from both the resigning Sohaer and the soon-to-be chosen Maheral Acaele Lazul. Like rats in a fully stocked pantry, or bees on a field of blossoming flowers, this time of uncertainty and confusion allowed agents of chaos free reign in planting their seeds of corruption in the system. It was in this chaos that the Aldemari, the same ‘ata which has since long been under scrutiny for their impure scheming against the Silver State, an Enclave built on a denouncement and rejection of our mere sovereignty, were allowed passage into the city. It was in this chaos that former Okarir’san Aerendyl Lor’demar could be concluded guilty of conspiracy against the Maheral without evidence. It was in this chaos that we, the Mali’thill, lost our unity and our Blessed Silver State. So we must weep, to the death of our strong Maheral Azorella Elibar’acal, but also to the united Haelun’or which passed away with her. While the Maheral simply is, as my predecessor (by ancient succession) Malaurir Lucion Sullas said, Maheral Azorella Elibar’acal was more important than simply being. She was no spectre of a Maheral, but an active preacher of maehr’sae hiylun’ehya and unity. She was a cornerstone in a castle which is now in ruin, and until a Maheral strong enough, who declares their authority to be above the control of weaklings and liberals, I fear the reunification of our people will take time. But to Mister Phandelver, whose public letter I had the pleasure to read, I would ask you this: in the spirit of unification and our common confidence in Maheral Acaele Lazul’s ability to achieve such, now, years after the murder and chaos, both factions should end their petty and wince-inducing labelling and slandering of the other party. The Malauriran will, as they did with former Okarir’indor and Okarir’nor, decide and rule on the charges brought forward, and then the public discourse should be concluded. In Fi’halen we long said lomian’onn, meaning from fragments- and it is very much a phrase which should return to our vocabulary in these troubled times. Malaurir Dimaethor Elervathar MAEHR’SAE HIYLUN’EHYA LOMIAN’ONN AY’MAHERAL ACAELE LAZUL

WAR OF TWO EMPEROR'S REMEMBRANCE FESTIVAL, 1771
Ankan replied to Marquesa_'s topic in The Kingdom of Oren
Dimaethor Elervathar smiles, remembering how the great High Elven Silver Host, together with the honorable Orcs and Renatians, fought and fended off the disgusting unholy alliance of Snow Elves, Reivers, Wood Elves and weak Humans from conquering Helena... -
Good hustle attempting to sneak your MA/TA for all Arcanists wipe through here, when we fought it and had it stopped during the Lore Games. Hiding it at the end of the post too- good try. I will never support magic with such historical importance and weight, so well intertwined with both lore, history and characters, as Arcanism and Haelun’or- to be locked beyond their walls to a certain few Suticans. If that is changed, I will give the rest of the lore piece actual feedback too. BIG -1

THE SILVER STATE OF HAELUN'OR - FADING OF THE PRIMROSE
Ankan replied to Vermy's topic in Silver State of Haelun'or
Dimaethor Elervathar swirled the wine around in his glass anxiously, shifting in his seat. His gaze wandered between table and door frantically, any sounds making the Malaurir twitch and tremble. The alcohol couldn’t pacify him, the shouts and chants from the Citadel next door bringing him great discomfort. Dimaethor related, in a lot of ways, to the situation Sullrael had brought himself into. The voices in his head were just as bad as those outside, and the dread total and absolute. There was no escape. He was brought back to his senses by the young Elesia entering the room, a worried look on her face. He tapped a finger on the edge of his glass, noting to himself: “I hope the old Sohaer finds peace. The office corrupts, but not in the way the Blessed Peasantry thinks.” -
REMEMBRANCE OF THE BEE: THE MALAURIRAN CONVENE 1768
Ankan replied to Halsi's topic in Silver State of Haelun'or
“There was no question Acaele Lazul would be the Elf to succeed the late Azorella. We can be proud of the unanimous decision taken tonight.” Malaurir Dimaethor Elervathar reflected, having again retreated back to the residence, pouring himself another cup of precious red. -
Dimaethor Elervathar finishes his glass of wine and then heads to the Citadel to attend, Iaria Elervathar at his flank!

Dimaethor Elervathar ponders on the missive, glass of Visaj Red pinned between two fingers. “Of all Valah kingdoms, I never expected Haense to be the nation which continues to prove such hospitality and civility towards us. Bless them. Let us hope it continues in similar fashion. I must make note in my calendar to be present when the Royal Family decide to pay Lareh’thilln a visit!”

THE RESIGNATION OF THE SOHAER Issued from The Office of the Blessed Diarchy on the 8th of the Grand Harvest, 1760 My children, my most esteemed Citizenry.. From the beginning of Haelun’or, we have been guided by example. It was in the shadows of these grand figures I begun my efforts to rebuild, reconstruct and revive the spirit and state of the ‘thill. The pure had decided that such a state, one of infidelity, tormented inactivity, and ultimately, of weakness, could no longer stand, and so it rose to the skies. On this anniversary of SEVENTY-FIVE years at the helm of the Silver State of Haelun’or, I have TWO announcements of importance to make: The Blessed Diarchy are awaiting OFFSPRING, which shall continue the Elervathar tradition of guidance at the helm of the Silver State when the time is ripe, with the wisdom of their grandfather Iatrilemar Elervathar, the beauty of their mother Iaria Elervathar and the fervor of their father Dimaethor Elervathar. Our promised successor, the Child of the Blessed Diarchy. However, just as the world changes around us so shall we. Progress asks for change and room for new voices to pave the way for us Mali’thilln. Our Silver Bastion was built by grace of a variety of shrewd prodigies, not by one alone. With this, I reluctantly declare my RESIGNATION from the position of Sohaer. Okarir’maehr Sulraell shall ascend to the position of Sohaer in my place and join Maheral Azorella Elibar’acal in a newly formed Diarchy. They are, in addition to their common duties, expected to teach and mentor the young Child of the Blessed Diarchy. Malaurir and former Sohaer, Dimaethor Elervathar

Disconcerting, maybe, but not surprising.

How come Sutica is visited double as often as any other settlement? They don’t seem logged often enough either, looking at the OTHER graph. I would be interested to see where Meteordragon’s 16 players were led to.

It had been no special day. The work in Lareh’thilln had been conducted as usual and the Citizenry was spread around the Blessed Bastion, seeking evening leisure, or a quiet spot to do additional studies. Dimaethor had retreated to the Manor, and with plentiful of wine and grapes he welcomed the end of this day by making some note on the daily progress in his journal. Suddenly, without any particular reason, he lifted his head, looking over to Iaria. “Whatever happened to that Caestella-person?” He asked, idly tapping the side of the quill against the border of the hardcover book in his hand. He let the question linger in the room, which would probably had confused the Maheral. “She was, by nature, a murderer, a ***** and an ‘ata. But do you believe she decided to depart from the teachings of Larihei and take refuge in various havens of degeneracy around the realm just because we denied her appeal for divorce? I’m certain you are aware of the rumours of all the Mali’aheral she pursued and bedded. Did you hear what she did with the corrupted in the Sillumiran cell after we had him detained?.....”

THE UNION OF AZORELLA ELIBAR'ACAL AND LUAVYN ALDIN

IN REGARDS TO THE HEIAL’THILLN The Sohaer’s address to the Blessed Citizenry of the Silver State of Haelun’or Issued on the 8th of The Grand Harvest, 1753 Uppori Visaj has served as Okarir’tayna for a long time, yet now her great competence is required elsewhere- in the restoration of the Eternal College. She shall take the position of Okarir’maehr, and Rinaedith Seregon shall continue to facilitate the Eternal Library as Okarir’indor. Silir Uradir has departed, and in his place Aerendyl Lor’demar shall serve as Okarir’san. We have the most faith and trust in his ability to steer the diplomatic efforts of the Silver State to find peace and harmony once again. Anethra Uradir shall fill the seat of the former Okarir’maehr, serving and representing the Blessed Citizenry as Okarir’tayna. The Heial’thilln welcome the return of proper Uradir competence and confidence onto the Council. - The Silver Council of The Silver State of Haelun’or as of 1753. THE SOHAER’S DUTY – II Issued from The Office of the Blessed Diarchy on the 6th of Snow’s Maiden, 1752 Oh tremble, you who test the principles of our people, the unwavering staunch stand against both dark and division. Oh fear, you who claw at the tall silver walls of our blessed bastion, delusional attempts condemned to fail. Oh dread, you who are summoned to the Purity Tribunal, where deceit and depravity meet unyielding justice and the triumphing truth. BLESSED CITIZENRY OF THE SILVER STATE OF HAELUN’OR, The Withering Republic is abolished, buried and a memory- a mere symbol of the failure it ended in. Our Silver Enclave in Fi’halen rose swiftly under the steady guidance of a unified Blessed Diarchy and her most Silver Council. The Enclave, clean and uncorrupted, became a worthy home for all Mali’thill. The Motherland was reformed, stronger than ever before, and its glory blinded the realm. Tilruir’tir Storm Elibar’acal, who should be an icon of the unblemished enforcement of law, sent the Blessed Citizenry a most disturbing letter, making EXTREMELY SEVERE accusations against his own superior: The Okarir’tir Alaion Miravaris, whom the Tilruir’tir claim have reason to believe is conspiring with forces of the Dark. Now, it should first be noted that the Tilruir’tir had NOT informed the Blessed Diarchy of his suspicion prior to this most dramatic public missive- potentially putting the Stability and Security of our nation at risk, especially considering the circumstances with the ‘Maehr’tehral Conspiracy’ resolved only a few years prior. ‘Opportunism’ brought our precious people to its knees in Axios, in Atlas, but I assure you, child of Silver, under the Elervathar Diarchy all attempts at undermining the law, the constitution or maehr’sae hiylun’ehya for personal gain shall be thwarted. Did they think we would yield, grow comfortable in slack devotion of ancient tradition? Rooting out impurity is an eternal battle, though paramount for our permanence. Without the struggle await only toil and everlasting torment. Nerithil Valarieth shall be summoned to Silver Trial, accused of dark magic. Alaion Miravaris shall be summoned to Silver Trial, accused of conspiring with the dark. In addition, Alaion Miravaris shall be suspended from his duties as Okarir’tir until the trial has taken place. Storm Elibar’acal shall present cases for both the accused, and in doing so successfully he assures the Blessed Diarchy that the missives were sent with reason and on proper grounds, not to cause disorder and chaos. If not, a case for Storm Elibar’acal breaking ‘Article 8 of the Obvious Laws’ may be tried. Îdhron Visaj, a notable Haelunorian scholar in Vailor, reflected plenty upon the Silver State and I have in my duty as both Maheral and Sohaer allowed myself to be inspired by the wisdom my relative shared then. I quote: “A society should never become like a pond with stagnant water, without movement.” Let all doubt in the unadulterated Silver State perish. Praise Larihei. Praise Maheral Iaria Elervathar. Praise the Blessed Diarchy. lomian’onn maehr’sae hiylun’ehya Sohaer, Dimaethor Elervathar [[ THE SILVER TRIAL WILL BE HELD FRIDAY 4 PM EST / 22:00 GMT+1 / 21:00 GMT IN THE SILVER CITADEL ]]

Sohaer Dimaethor Elervathar sat in his office, comforting himself with the LAST bottle of his Uradir Wine. He groaned and shifted in his seat, sore from the day of work. The posthumous letter hadn’t come to any surprise, yet.. this sort of letter? Dimaethor found himself at a loss of words, and the countless glasses of red that followed didn’t seem to make his mind any lighter. ”He was good. Maehr’sae hiylun’ehya.”
