The Silver State of Haelun’or Peak time: With a diverse council and playerbase of both Americans and Europeans, Haelun’or is active throughout most of the day, but is particularly active between 1-10 PM EST / 18:00 - 04:00 GMT. Most events are held in times which suits both Americans and Europeans. Populace density: The population of Haelun’or consists of primarily High Elves, proud in the upkeep and safeguarding of the ancient High Elven values and traditions which have guided the Silver State since early Asulon. Other races are rare, but those who wish to live within Haelun’or are mostly tolerated and welcome, if they are willing to learn, and respect these values. Brief description: On a tall plateau deep in the midst of a vast peaceful forest of spruce, untrampled earth and mystery, travellers can find The Silver State of Haelun’or. A very active Elven nation, a clean, marble pearl in a realm polluted by war, Haelun’or is a place of riddles, magic and intrigue. The Citizenry is guided by the principles, maehr’sae hiylun’ehya, laid out by Larihei, an Elfess the High Elves adore and uphold as the example of what one should strive to be. At its heart lie the Eternal Library, an institution as old as the High Elves themselves, which all citizens contribute to. While all High Elves zealously protects Haelun’or, there is a highly-principled guardforce called The Sillumiran (elven trans: ‘The Weeping Blades’), which vows to defend their people in case of war. The Silver and the Empyrean issued on the 4th of The Amber Cold, 1714. The Mali’aheral of the Silver State of Haelun’or and the Mali’ame of Arcas have had a long and intricate relationship. The fast deterioration of our alliance led to hostility and countless denouncements. It has however always been the intention of the Mali’aheral to restore the bonds of blood between Malin’s troubled children. The Silver State of Haelun’or therefore lends a hand to the Mali’ame which sought their help. Empyreal Princess Aelin Vel’seda Caerme'onn and her adherents are to offered land in the Haelunorian Woodlands; eleame’thilln. [ VII ]: No restriction of movement shall be enforced between the two nations, providing the person in question has not been explicitly banished by the governing body. In any circumstance neither nation is obliged to extradite figures deemed unlawful by the other, unless the person in question directly threatens the mutual head of state. However they lacked the foresight of empiricism, becoming consumed with creed and a recklessness to which has now terminated a crucial accord. For these deceitful creatures are unambiguously delusional, deeming themselves untouchable as traitors to the Elven blood, the Imperial Crown and the realm. Our commitment to harmony and permanence has been threatened by their treacherous motions, as we observed their unification with the Maliata’fenn. Such a perverse affair is one which leaders of old, alongside rightful claimants have observed with a logical scrutiny. And, although the Elven Union has proven to be an inconsequential formation, it lingers as a deliberately vindictive movement that has undermined the needs of Mali blood and jeopardised the cohesion of our relations. Collectively, the continued conduct of Alderyn has been detrimental to all living beings. The Mali’ame, the Mali’ker and the Mali’aheral being cast beneath a shadow of your burning city. For as the flames arise, diminishing the support to which upheld such great structure, it only seeks to represent a metaphor for your greater treachery. As you’ve held a torch to the dirt ridden brambles of your city, you have burnt the roots to which greatness could have arisen. With this, The Silver State of Haelun’or concludes that the only appropriate act be fully declared war upon the ashes of Alderyn. After having watched the lore be written and developed further, as well as having had the pleasure of reading it plenty, I hope that this is indeed accepted. The amount of work put into this is quite insane. It turned out to be a very cohesive piece which I think is really well-representative of the Necromancy-concept. I do not look forward to all these prime pure High Elves be turned into dark mages again. +1

@Zastro_Steppe This triggers a good High Elf. ;) maehr’sae should probably be used to describe the act of learning, but it has also come to mean the progress of science or wisdom very generally speaking. maehr’sae hiylun’ehya (roughly translated into progress and health) is what the High Elves have come to name the philosophy they live[d] by.
