  1. According to the way that the post is worded, a nation could create large strings of dependent charters by waiting the probationary period and then tagging additional dependants onto those once the terms for tile control are met. “The charter must be in an adjacent tile that is controlled by the Sponsoring Nation. . . A dependent can only give full control of a tile once the regular criteria for a controlled tile are met and the dependent is no longer in charter probation.” Note the word “give”, which implies the sponsor nation controlling the tile and not the dependent, thus allowing for the mentioned strings of dependents @SeventhCircle @Telanir Also, could this be answered? “Looking for clarification here, Is it possible for a charter to upgrade to nation status while on a tile shared with unaffiliated charters? If so, what happens to the access of the other charters to the tile? Will it ever be possible for charters to establish themselves in contested/controlled tiles? That last one is directed towards dependants being established in untouched tiles, and how/whether it would instantly cause them to shift to controlled status.” Replace that final mention of controlled status with contested status. Thanks for taking a bit of time to look it over ?

  6. Sure, but amount isn't the same as potency. X grams of infernium made from a jumble of weak reagents wouldn't have the same capabilities as that amount made with higher strength reagents. Again you'd just create a greater volume with a lesser strength. And while the recipes may have the same power when their proportions are adjusted, each are limited to roughly the same maximum amount when they're packed into whatever castor.
  7. Should've written a separate post for the infernum. Also, the recipe variations don't make much sense. Grinding up a bunch of weak reagents won't create a strong one; you'll just have a large volume of low-potency infernum. Also, 100 grams of one version could be vastly more or less powerful than another.
  8. Pls give rep More skins are in my signature, but here's one example and a link to my PMC profile: https://www.planetminecraft.com/member/beordan/
  9. What is the name of your guild, village, organization, etc.: The Feral Valley What is the purpose of your guild/village/organization (if sensitive, this can be withheld and then privately shared with whomever is handling the charter): The realm of late has begun to stir. From the caverns of Tahn, the Wildlings emerge. As the Wild Man leads them into the world, they realize that they cannot linger within the confines of their cavern. The Valley runs dry, food and water dwindling in supply, and thus, the group of primitive, isolated people must forge for food. “Valley is home,” their leader stated, a large, hairy man. “But Wildlings must eat!” With the morning sun glistening against the group’s fur, they’d raise their spears into the sky, prepared to establish a beautiful, prosperous society in the meadow for their people, defending it from all foes, foreign and domestic. While they may not know much of the outside realm, they recognize the kinship and bond between each other, which will pave the way not only to their survival, but to their prosperity. The Wild Man presented a large wall within their cavern, dipping his hand in wet mud, then slapping his palm against the wall. “All brother and sister, do same,” he’d command, stepping aside as he allowed his brethren to show their solidarity. Synopsis: The establishment of this village would provide the Wildling population with a fresh home, still cut off from the outside world. There they could quietly live out their lives and secure prosperity for themselves. 11. The following poster found itself plastered in Al-Khaleed. There were multiple copies, visible on buildings and fence posts alike. MISSING PERSON Portrait of Rafiel Halkon, 1600 Rafiel Halkon, as shown above, has been determined missing. The man is responsible for restoring Haria's clinic, implementing the nation's health care system and solving numerous ailments since his appointment as royal surgeon. It's unclear what might’ve happened to Halkon. But should he be brought home, a reward is in place. A sum of no more than 3000 minas will be presented to the savior. Leads include where he was last seen-- travelling by road between Courland and the Sultanate of Haria. The bottom of the poster looks like it was torn. Small scribbles ride up from the line, perhaps indicative of broken characters.
  12. One Harian man paced up to the auctioneer. "I bid one thousand minas for the halfling. I bid one thousand again for the elf. But I ask that you present both slaves, alive and well."

  15. Workers Lobbyist Union The League of Sanoist Workers Est. 1619 For the soldier, who works diligently to protect our borders For the clergy, who gives us wisdom and guidance For the farmer, who provides us with meals on our tables For the merchant, who brings foreign goods to our doorstep For the nurse, who strives to keep us in good health For the worker, who represents the backbone of society To date, conditions in the human states are appalling. War is rampant, and morality has suffered. Churches hold less prestige than ever before. Some of our own workers are left destitute as time and inflation takes its toll on the economy. The Worker’s Lobbyist Union is a group which aims to improve the life of the common man, to give it gusto, through the implementation of the Sanoist ideology in government. Founded by Darrell Rhodes and Lotte Baptiste in 1619, the Worker’s Lobbyist Union aims to improve the lives of the common man across the continent, though primarily in the human nations, such as Haense. We must admit that, financially and legislatively, the human states have witnessed an economic catastrophe. In Alban, for example, there has been a massive housing crisis, a stark decline in job availability, and the iron industry is dying. We must be willing to acknowledge that, as of now, we are in the middle of an economic recession. The Worker’s Lobbyist Union aims to fix that. This union shall act almost as a political party, advocating for the values outlined in The Sanoist Compendium, these being nationalism, church resurgence, workers’ rights, populism, and the representation of the people. We desire to bring reform about through peaceful demonstrations, highlighting the shambles of an economy the human states are currently in. Registration with the union offers a multitude of benefits. You shall be represented by the party’s leadership, allowing members to attend the annual convention, express their views, and influence the decision making process of the union. In addition, the union shall continuously search for available job openings, meeting your specifications, finding work for all those in need. Furthermore, representatives of the party shall lobby sitting governments and legislators, influencing policy decisions made at the local, national, and international levels in order to assist the working class. If you are one who embraces the political ideals outlined above, or are a member of the working class, do not hesitate to join. Membership is completely free. To join, fill out the application below. Alternatively, you could speak directly to Chairman Darrell Rhodes, or Secretary Lotte Baptiste. Thank you, and insurgo. Application Form:

  18. What are your thoughts on RP Alchemy? What do you think could be improved/changed? Perceived benefits and disadvantages? I enjoy roleplayed alchemy. It’s flexible and unrestricted by plugin development. For dedicated roleplayers it has plenty of potential. The largest issue is the confusion surrounding alchemy. Trying to figure out a potion’s creation and applications can be a hassle, especially without organized guides. What are your thoughts on Nexus Alchemy? What do you think could be improved/changed based on interactions with RP alchemy? Perceived benefits and disadvantages? Nexus alchemy is a good concept, but a massive let down in practice. I won’t push for any changes because frankly, I don’t know coding or the limits of our devs. For things that it’s done well, it provides neat little descriptions of herbs and potions. This works as a place for would-be alchemists to pick up how things work. The flaws of Nexus alchemy are its limits. Only a handful of all the existing herbs are present in Nexus alchemy, and likewise only a portion of all the potions. Do you feel that the same should be exactly the same outside of how the potions are made (RP vs Nexus) and utilized (RP vs PvP)? Or do you think there should be differences? I would like for their creation and applications to be the same. Though with game mechanics that isn’t possible. You can’t replicate the intricacy of potion making with clicking and experience values. Similarly, you can’t convey every potion’s effects through mineman buffs and debuffs. Do you think mechanical representation should be required for all potions and poisons? Or just certain high impact ones like alchemist's fire? Mechanical representations should not be required. However, a person should be able to provide roleplay and screenshot their process on at least one occasion. They also ought to understand how the potion works and how its use would be roleplayed. Contact Information (Discord or Skype) ((If you want this hidden, say so and I'll forum PM you if you are selected) Discord: Beordan#3739 Skype: spark1640 Experience with Alchemy as a whole: In Vailor I learned alchemy at the same rate my character did. There wasn’t much on how it should be roleplayed, so I wound up relying on Nexus descriptions of herbs and potions to get my bearings. After a while, things clicked and I got to where I am. Experience with Nexus Alchemy (Screenshot of XP): Somewhere around veteran, I didn’t use it too much after putting in the starter XP. Experience with RP Alchemy (Brief overview, MA's, Lore Submissions, etc) My alchemy experience was independent of teachers. I taught myself homunculus creation through a stretch of trial and error until Jistuma got ahold of me. After that things were clarified and it was smooth sailing, dog. Still trying to live down the shrinking potion lore aaaaaaa. What do you think you could bring to the discussion? I believe in a clarified guide for roleplaying alchemy. The potion index is neat and all if you’re looking for how the potions are roleplayed, yes. The issue is that it lacks an enforced standard for how potions should be prepared. Do you acknowledge that consistent de-railing of the discussion will result in your removal? You betcha
