    The whole going back to our roots is all nostalgicΒ and stuff. But to be completely honest, its kind of impossible our roots were a bunch of 12-14 year olds running around doing subpar role-play. IDK how many of you are from Aegis. But its kinda of impossible, you would need to scrap like 90% of server rules and plugins. LOTC was pretty much free-form.Β

    There is actually no straightforward lore for the life expectancy of different LoTC races. Humans used to live for a few hundred years before a wave of people decided having more realistic life expectancies was cool, and that became the new normal.Β

    While a plugin that forces people to do realistic character progression would be really cool, it also isn't possible. Instead of arbitrarilyΒ punishing players, wouldn't it be better to encourage people to roleplay?Β

    Not gonn'a lie, the fact that I can't age my character backwards or change my race or gender hasn't improved my roleplay at all. It's just put arbitrary restrictions on the stories I can tell and what I can role-play, and I think that's really ******* dumb.

    What the **** is up with staff not keeping with ban times? Β If someone has been banned for six months they should be banned for six months, not like three when they did something that I believe should have resulted in a permanent ban. Fix your ****, staff.Β

    I remember a time called Anthos, a time before nexus crafting, a time where actual blacksmiths such as Lark and Tethras would actually do blacksmith RP, a time without nexus pvp, where my normal iron sword and plain iron gear helped me murder the barnett's every day, a time people where satisfied with the server and not encroached in the forceful implementations of non-role play enhancing plugin soΒ
