Back in January I said I was leaving for good. But recently had an itch to rp with the good people of lotc again. So for the time being I will come back if only to rp here and there. I will try my best to be active day to day but nothing is going to be promised. I hope that this is not a mistake. 

Just to throw it out there, especially since i couldnt put my two sense on a thread because it was locked, I'm done with LOTC. I came back because i felt the urge to rp again after having a year hiatus. I come back to a completely changed LOTC. Vortex is utter garbage and to be honest like many have already expressed disrupts rp. Before I left I could spend 2-3 hours grinding for iron ore and come back from the mines with at least 9 stacks of iron, now your telling me that I need to run around the entire map hoping noone has been mining to get not even half of that then have to wait 2 more hours before going again, yea thats not gonna happen. I get that you want to limit grinders so that there is not an abundance of materials gathered at the  start or what not but bottlenecking that far is ridiculous. All crafting is dumb now and to have rp items means you are lucky if you know what you are doing. So Im sorry for my rant but, This is me leaving LOTC for good, I am moving onto another rp server that doesnt have so many flaws and another thing being unbiased administration/ mod team members. I had fun on this server from about 2015 to 2019 but after that it has gone down hill. hope to see you all again another time. 

I have been an active member of this server for almost 4 years. I have agreed with mutilpe changes and disagreed with many as well. However I have enjoyed that this server represented more races than other servers would. I know that there has been 2 posts related to this but both were closed before i could put my input, since i work a full time job. 

Now to this idiotic decision that was made without consulting both the playerbase and lore team. Well done staff you have offically **** up. you think that just because Snow Elves orignally were from the High Elven area and now have their own culture and different appearences that they are just culture race? Are you ******* nuts. If you want to remove an effective subrace that has not only brought new players to LOTC but also reinvigorated others that have been here so be it. But if thats the case remove all the Sub-races then. Snow Elves have been a completely seperate identity for 5 plus years and to be honest it is more popular than other elven subraces. 

That is my opinion, but like the other posts have said. If you want Dark Elfs declaring themselves snow elfs by their bio on the race card thats fucked up but what do i know. Im just a player of the server for more than 3 years

Adding on to this as well. Since when do Devs decide what to do without consulting the public about it? Isnt the community supposed to be happy with every change they do/ be understanding of it????? I mean seriously. LOTC is supposed to be about community and after axing all the subraces for no apparent reason as to do some more changes and not even consulting the community about it and just doing it... When the hell did all that get discussed  with the community. Like seriously when????

I may get some flak for this but i kinda miss some of the aspects around nexus or i should say the profession system particularly. Crafting times i do not miss but i miss gathering things like thanium or periodit or those rare metals like that and the loot chests and getting the alchemy things as well. I miss having acess to getting quartz without having to buy it at ct. 

Am I the only getting affected by the constant spam of the day6 or what ever day your on vote milestone. I voted earlier today and now its non stop spam 

I dont give a rats ass anymore. I am sick and tired of members of this community breaking any rule they feel like and not getting so much as a slap on the wrist. When you all filled out the application and "read" the rules, did you not even see the rule against cyberbulling???? Every single time you bring up something that was faked years ago and consistanly force it as insult, thats cyberbullying..... I dont care if i am slapped with a ban anymore, this **** has got to stop. I am pretty sure i am not the only one who feels that this drama is driving people away. I have tried my hardest to turn the other cheek and continue to enjoy this server that i have grown to love, but I can not continue this anymore. In the past 2 weeks along there has been so much rule breaking and nothing has been done about it. I am sick and tired of here this drama. For God sakes this is a f****** game get over yourselves and stop putting people down, Cyberbullying is a real thing and I refuse to continue to turn a blind eye to an ever present amount of it in a game that i have enjoyed quite a bit of. 

is it just me or is the server down for anyone else? i keep getting a message once i dc from the server.... 

will the server be in 1.12.2 or still in 1.12.1?

So once again I have returned. my irl is still very hectic but i need something to keep my head steady and not make myself go insane. I just hope that I can remain active this time around.... 

My return is eminent. Thanks goes out to all who have supported me during the last 3 weeks while my family has endured the most gruesome endeavor. However nothing good comes form sitting around thinking what should of or could of been done so with that I will make my return either tomorrow afternoon or evening or maybe even monday. Once again Thanks for the support, this community is truely awesome

For all of you who do not know, the reason behind my inactivity is that I have had an unfortunate situation happen to me and my family. as of currently I am still going to be playing eventually but  for the time being not right away. I will be back soon but soon can not have a time/ date attached. The past 2 weeks this has been going on and its only gotten worse. so once again I hope to be back and rping with all you fine people but right now it could be a little while longer. much love goes out to this community as i hope no one would have to deal with this like i am for this is one of the hardest and saddest things ive ever has to deal with. 

sorry all that have been looking for me lately, Ive been dealing with irl family problems lately and havent been emotinally or mentally motivated to do anything because of it. I hope to return to the server soon but i will need sometime to get my head wrapped around my current situation

Sorry for this but I have to get this out of my system. I have seen screenshot and heard about people poking fun/making jokes about the recent terroist attack in skype chats. I would like to say why? If that attack happened to your city, or your town would you be saying the same thing, making jokes laughing at the attack saying "they derserved it" and other things? I doubt it. So please keep in mind that those who are suffering could of been you instead of the ones who are actually suffering. stop with the jokes on the matter this is real life not pixels.

so i just got dced and now i cant get back on...... is it just me or is anyone else having this problem. trust me i tried other servers and connected immediately  but when i try LOTC i cant get on??? I even restarted my game. :(

sorry guys that ive been away for the past couple weeks. First i was dealing with personal issuse but when i wanted to come back my internet went hay wire so im just now able to get on here to post this. hopefully i will be back on the server soon

you want to know something. all the **** that orener and welves do revolving around target banning and do **** rp to make it lokk like they are in the right just to have people banned that stand against them is why this server is going inactive, why people dont come back. in my opinion both groups are whiners and complainers and if they dont get their way they whine and complain making so bad that they always get their way. im to the point of giving up because all of this is making this server not fun anymore. these kids need to look at how they play and realiize they are in the wrong for once and get the server back to what its suppose to be like seriously.

Whats funny about that ban report is that he posted it well after 10 hours passed the event. also that with all their screenshots not once did it show anything about their side, no talk or commentary in the shots. it was all about the raiders and none with them. i just find it odd is all

you know its bad when someone just deletes post that argue/protest with there own and allows his friend to keep posting and not his enemies. also bad when that said person replies ooc in an rp thread...... hmmm i wonder who it is????

So after a few days hiatus from LOTC i think i'll make my return to the server either tonight or tomorrow. I burned myself out and then when i did want to come back was just too busy irl with work and home remodeling. So i hope to be on soon
