    This thread disappoints me. LoTC is a business, a business can and will be operated as any business would, by the team that runs it. Decisions come and go all the time, it's up to the team to decide which is a beneficial decision. Only thing I can agree with is that it's hard for a new player to get to 'know' people within the community and that's it.
