    Day Two of posting this until mods/basket finally response: Been almost a month since admins announced that they wanted to extend the raid caps for a temporary amount of time. What's taking so long? Seriously, don't give me some bs response like "We have to balance between the raid cap and what the appropriate cooldown would be" like seriously I'll do it for you right now: Extend the raid cap for a month to what raid caps would be during wartime. Make the cooldown three days so it gives the settlement/nation time to have some non-villainy rp (or better yet, just have no cooldowns to see how that would work). See, wasn't that easy? Only took two of my braincells and five minutes to figure it out.

      Also would help to have rebellion rules. I understand that the staff have a bunch of priorities they've crammed onto themselves atm with Vortex being super unfinished (unpopular as it is), yet I feel as though getting stuff like this figured out first would be cool too.

      @aiden0023 could you elaborate? That's like, every nation these days. Every vassal too. Heck, the entire server is basically ran via OOC with a thin facade of RP painted over it.

      Yes, it is still active. I am currently in the halfling village with 6 other people. When there’s 7 people in the heckin’ halfling village, you know the server is active.
