      @UnwillinglyI feel like that is always the story with things, almost seems like it goes from one extreme to the next, rather than doing what should be done and make a solution that balances the ability for players to make new places and have some checks in place to prevent everyone and their mother making a Realm.

      I think you need to have a judicious nation team (no nations that are brand new groups that haven't actually RP'd on the ground before) and a server culture that's willing to interact with these smaller nations (diplomacy, conquest, sending tax collectors, sending priests, etc) to create RP. Atm we don't have much of either
