It already costs an excessive amount for non nation fleepers to get a set which you then lose to the tweaking PvPer who lies in wait like a KGB sleeper agent for a /countdown. 
 

this region would only serve to benefit 2-3 nations of PvPers and the various non nation bandit groups, not the average player trying to rp.

I think a place for people to pvp freely would be cool but by no means should there be a reward to it besides the loot that idiots drop when they die. Primnya said it well that there are KGB agents lying in wait for a countdown. Give them a place for the countdown. But do NOT give them any rewards. 

honestly, i think as an experiment, it should be ran with exclusive but pointless rewards, just to see how it affects the playerbase. funny cosmetic stone that does nothing except being a funny stone with whatever team signature on it.
