As you walk by the well in Lumaniare's entrance you see a recently stablished shop, you read the sign that says "Farrek's Tailor shop" and you realize that's time to get new clothing, you come in and see that you can leave your order in a book.

 

You look around to see apparel pinned to the wall

"This is some very fine tailoring... I have been in need of a new dress for special occasions. I will possibly fill out an order form later."

By the time her new dress and coat are finished, Layla leaves the shop with a grin on her face, obviously quite content with the work.
