Amendment to Elections of a Grand King

 

*Igor scribes down the amendment upon the parchment and passes it to Lords Farren, Dreek, and Zahrer. Igor had previously lost an election because of the mass influx of non-dwarven voters, therefore he wishes for the King's who are elected from this day forward to never have to run into that sort of trouble again*

 

Article I: Governmental Powers

Section C: Elections

 

Currently the Articles of Urguan state the following.

 

Every dwarf or non-dwarf's vote will count for one vote regardless of status. Any citizen living beneath the Grand Kingdom of Urguan can take part in the election for a Grand King.

 

From this day forth, it proposed that the Articles of Urguan shall be amended as such.

 

Only true sons and daughters of Urguan, regardless of their status in society, may vote in an election for the Grand King of Urguan. ((This means only dwarves))
