Around Anthos, mainly near the Cloud Temple and Elven Forests are multiple posters reading:

 

               CULTIST!

A teen in the disguise of a Lumidrim of the great Forests of Malinor recently released terrosist attacks on New Malinor. During interrogation she escaped... under the protection of a WRAITH OF THE NORTH. Anyone willing to give any information to any Lumidrim Guard will be rewarded in the form of minas and/or food.

The poster isn't rehung as multiple others are also hung and it would take a great amount of effort to find the torn poster's old spot.
