Toby would barge in rather unceremoniously, not wearing his Delver robes as he more or less kicks his way into Lil'Talaran. He promptly yells to the group

"WHICH ONE OF YOU B*STARDS SAID I'M DEAD!?"

Nigel rubs his temples as he cringes.

"Make Smoke Regent."

Isabella throws her brother a warm smile and wave from atop her fabulous throne, chiming sweetly, "Hi Toby!~"

"Oh! Also! I've got a suggestion! All our applications and advertisements need to be updated!~"

Meridia rubs her chin thoughtfully for a few moments after Jon finishes his speech. Waiting for a moment to talk, though, perhaps tedious with the amount of people that would surely be talking, she still does so. After a while she hears a silent pause, or perhaps everyone is just talking at a low enough frequency that she can talk without straining her voice.

"I hear your call for us to rejoin, me, however, I will refer to. While I was once a Delver, it is true, I'm just not anymore."

*pauses a second*

"However, I wouldn't come here if I was not interested. I am. And so I propose something other than me rejoining."

*coughs*

"Though I was of course one of the many to do nothing but converse in Ac' all day and do nothing."

*smiles lightly as she goes to make a bit of humour, though it is sour to her in her mouth.*

"I even admit to a little delving of the ass myself. However, I did happen to stumble upon some ruins within The Wilds. Weather or not they are still there, I am not sure of. But I would be happy to help guide you there, as an asset. Informant. Helparoo."

*shakes her head*

"Sorry. Anyway, that is that. Moving on to regents and a guildmaster, well, I don't know any who might fit those positions. Someone who is still in the Delvers now would be properly suited to recommend someone. - However, there is one I would deign to support. Isabella has a nice little fire going in her, and seems to be doing much for the Delvers. I might suggest her to be a Regent. Young even as she is. That is all."

The banging of broomsticks against brick would echo through the room after Meridia's speech, as ominous voices would begin to call out, over and over again;

"Princess Izzy! Princess Izzy! Princess Izzy!"

After every single person in the room wearing blue would have become irked by the commotion, it would suddenly cease, being replaced by an eerie lack of broomstick noises and chanting. Oddly specific eeriness which avoids power-gaming.

Art steps out from the shadows.

"Bah, all I hear is 'make someone this' or 'someone else should do that'. You people will never learn until you get up and act of your own accord. And stop being special snowflakes. Conform and act with the will of your guild."

Jonathan breaks into a grin as he sees Toby burst in "Well I'll be damned, back from the grave and in the flesh, Toby Williams, civilized as ever" he laughs "Welcome back mate. As for who said you were dead, that would be an honest mistake on my part. I hadn't seen you in years and your brother mentioned an avalanche in the North. A bird would of been nice, nothing big just 'hey its Toby, just a heads up I'm alive and well and not dead' instead of just disappearing" he lets out a chuckle "Good to have you back. Just so happens I was talking about rebuilding the council of regents. If your still interested in this lot, it'd be great to have you" here he breaks into a sly grin "In fact, you might like to partake a little project I'm thinking of, but that's for later in the meeting~ Welcome back, Regent Williams" he looks over the crowd with a stern yet calm face "I trust there are no objections to that?"

Jonathan listens calmly and without interruption as he hears Meridia speak. After a while he nods "Its perfectly acceptable that you want to be a non delver informant. It would be greatly appreciated for you to supply us with ruin locations and the like without being a delver. That said, if you wish to go on the delves themselves, you should really look into rejoining. Past laziness would be" he smiles "Overlooked, provided it does not repeat itself. I have plans on making sure this laziness of the delvers vanishes, but they are for later. As for your suggestion on Miss Isabella as regent" he lets out a sigh and sadly shakes his head "It's not a decision I would support. Izzy is both young and highly emotional. It's not anything personal Izzy however I don't think she would fare well in some of the hardships a regent might face, and the decision making involved. That said, I can recognize that she's done a lot of great work around Lil'Talaran. She could be considered a sort of housekeeper given she doesn't exactly delve however ensures everything runs smoothly at home"

Isabella mumbles softly, a hint of petulance in her voice, "Hmph... N-not like I wanted to be a regent anyway... Though you didn't have to go calling me your 'housekeeper'..."

Jonathan chuckles softly "I didn't mean it in a bad way, I meant without you Lil'Talaran would likely burn to the ground. Would you prefer the title of Delver base master?"

*mutters quietly to herself. "Don't blow a gasket Art..."

"And on the point of being a special snowflake...well why...aren't you one..."

Art steps out from the shadows.

"Bah, all I hear is 'make someone this' or 'someone else should do that'. You people will never learn until you get up and act of your own accord. And stop being special snowflakes. Conform and act with the will of your guild."

Jonathan eyes Art neutrally as he delivers his short and bitter statement. As he finishes, Jonathan sighs and responds calmly "Artimec. Your current state of mind was brought on not by this guild or its members, but by yourself. You tried holding the entire weight of this guild on your shoulders, under no ones command but your own, and it ate at you until you became the bitter and emotionally devoid man you are now. No one man should have to hold up this whole guild by themselves and yet you did. Or tried to. I am not aiming to 'make someone this' or say that 'someone else should do that'. I aim to create a council of regents, amongst other positions, that spread out the damn load so that someone like you doesn't take it upon themselves to do it all alone and end up worse for it. Initiative is an excellent quality to posses and one I hope all can posses but that doesn't make leadership redundant. And I will always do my utmost to act within the will of this guild. The day I stop is the day you can show me the door" with that, Jonathan eyes Art cooly to see his response

Artimec eyes Jon with an empty expression, saying nothing. He turns to Meridia.

"I believe I am a special snowflake, but then again. I am not a Delver."

He turns and walks out of lil' Talaran, making a quiet exit.

Aenor listens to what all have to say, seeming particularly interested in what Art has to say. He nods after Art as he makes his leave "I must agree with Art, to some degree." His eyes scan over all that are present before coming to rest on Jon "The Delvers were strong when we acted on impulse, taking charge, which I can see is slowly happening again." He pauses, taking out his hip flask and unscrewing the top, taking a swig "Which is a step in the right direction." He looks around the room once more "Something that has personally been bothering me is how..." He trails off, pursing his lips in thought. After a few moments he continues "...Open we are as a guild. I remember, back before I joined, the Delvers were clouded in secrecy. You couldn't step in Ac'Talareh unless you had an extremely good reason. Now anyone can just waltz in here to Lil' Talaran..."

He takes a small drink from his flask "I remember the Delver and Malinor war, many years ago. I myself was a military leader in Malinor, and I can tell you that we /feared/ the Delvers, and for good reason. We had no idea what to expect, we knew little, and what we did know..." He slowly shakes his head "...Gave us even more reason to fear what was to come. We should go back to how it was then, where we were feared rather than brushed off as a nuisance" A small sigh escapes his lips, signifying his ramble is finiished...For now.

*Vincent stands with his back against a wall, wearing his original red hearing the laments of heated discussion and points being raised. He speaks up momentarily.*

"I'm willing to help you Delvers as much as possible off the clock from my current placement, I shan't divulge where, but as of recently I can't be around as one, due to recent changes in my agenda"

*Vincent plays with an engraved diamond ring on his necklace, before concluding his mentions,*

"Send me a Bird when you need to delve somewhere, that requires the Hand of the creator to pass judgement upon its residence. Until then, Good Luck sorting yourselves out".

*Vincent strolls out of Lil'Talaran, lighting up a smoke as he exits the doorway.*
