As Lord Julius stares across the short trek of water towards Schattenburg, he begins to think. He looks upon the banners of the Crow, spitting upon the disgrace towards the once noble banners of the Dragon that used to hang upon the great castles of Abresi. As Lord Julius is deep in thought, a courier arrives, having gathered information about the new young Carrion King. He leans over the scroll, reading about how Heinrick’s rule has combined the Church and the State, creating a religion sworn to the King.. As he finishes his reading, Lord Julius gazes across his small island, and his loyal men, and flicks his gaze back to Schattenburg. Nodding to himself, Julius sits down at his table and begins to write letters to his allies. After many hours pass by, birds return from House Thorne’s allies, pledging their support to the joint cause. As the days creep by, drums of war begin beating in the lands of Urguan, and the Island of House Thorne. The flag-bearers raise their banners and bring out their swords and bow, ready to begin the battle to purge the heretics of their lands.

 

Date and Time:

Saturday February 8th, 3PM EST / 8PM GMT

 

Attackers:

House Thorne and its Allies.

- The attackers will be launching their invasion through the lands of House Silverblade; Permission has been given by the owner.-

 

Defenders:

The Kingdom of Oren and Allies.

 

Location and Boundaries:

Schattenburg

Type of Battle:

Invasion

One nation invades another. This proceeds according to the War Mechanics section. A nation can only invade adjacent territory or territory they have permission to pass through, and they cannot invade by sea unless agreed on. An invasion only takes place in the nation being invaded. The invader has initiative.

 

 

Rewards:

If House Thorne, The Grand Kingdom of Urguan and Allies are victorious House Thorne gains ownership of Schattenburg.

If the Kingdom of Oren prevails they keep Schattenburg and gain the next move in the war.
