Strangely, one is left in Lenniel as well. They are accompanied by a red wax seal in the shape of a claw, the mark of the family von Craw.~ To whomever it may concern, As of this point, I have decided that I must retire from my position of Arbiter and my position in the guard force of the Conclave of Malin. The reasons for my departure are not selfish, no, they are for the betterment of the rest of this nation and my family. I have lost much in these last few years. My health, my friends, I have even watched my own family splinter and fall apart. It is too much, too much. I cannot take this false sense of responsibility when my own blood needs taking care of. I've found many things over the past few years, and they have done no good to my sanity. I live in this world, wondering if I am truly awake, if this nightmare of a world is real or not. It consumes me entirely. I watch my actions change in the blink of an eye. I watch as I hurt people who I had been previously privileged to call ally, acquaintance... friend. I watch as my anger pulls so many apart. I watch as this conflict between the Elven peoples reaches the breaking point, the point of no return. I wither away even more every day. I am unsure of how long I truly will last in these conditions. It is because of this I must spend time with my daughters and son. I must make them good people, people who we should all strive to be. A type of person I was not. People of the Elven nations. I call to you now. Stop spilling blood over menial arguments! Stop this at once! Your people have lost too much already. Equality was achieved. Order, accomplished. Two nations with like-minded goals have been created. Stop this at once! Do not do it for me, or your leaders, do it for the children that watch you. The children who have to realize their father or mother will not come back from war. The children who will be forever tainted in a world already so dark. And with that, I leave you all.
