Upon request due to recent confusion, I have decided to do an AMA (Ask me Anything) to clear the air. To many i'm known as just Syrio, I have been a prominent member of the LoTC community since June 2011. I've lead the nation of Alras alongside a great group of RP'ers since Aegis. Feel free to ask our groups intent, or anything really, I am an open book here. Let it begin, AMA LoTC!

Could you perhaps share some information on the character 'Everard the II'? My character is his daughter but have been unable to procure much information on him. I believe he was an Alrasian Admiral so that's why I am asking.

Well I guess I'll join in then.

1. How would Syrio deal with Pompous, perhaps dominant behavior?

2. Would Syrio ever pretend to be satisfied, happy, or any emotion in general?

3. Would Syrio drink Festinian wine, if not, would he mind that he would be forced to drink it or die?

4. He believes in Aeriel right?

The heralded Everard the II of Alras, has earned quite the bit of merit within the Kingdom. He's proven himself to be a competent member, and has procured the right to represent Alras at an official capacity. The Hightowers are currently a house under Alras in hopes of continuing their legacy.

Never let OOC dictate IC decisions. First rule of roleplaying is to always have fun. Aside from that, I like to formulate my RP characters as they live on, instead of intricately creating them beforehand.

Syrio has always believed in Meritocracy. As Alras' governmental structure is built around such. Arrogance is certainly fine if it's appropriated arrogance. If someone has earned something through hard work, they can be pompous in that regard. As for Dominant behavior... i'm not a fan. Syrio IC has always been for merit based superiority/seniority. 2. Syrio does what is necessary for the greater good of Alras and his people. He is very pragmatic, and can put aside emotion for what needs to be done. 3. Festinian wine is the second best wine of the lands! :D 4. That is something that many have wondered and will continue to wonder ;) Only those who are the closest to him in RP know.

Ofcourse m'lady, along with weekly events, the palace will be a hub for such events in 4.0. Also: Bunga parties.
