Have you been on any other roleplay  servers?: Yes but I don’t know their names, I think Savage Craft is one of them.

How did you hear about us?:I was looking for a roleplay server and I came across Sherlock City. It was never finished, but the creator posted that people who still want to roleplay should come here.
What do you think the server will be like? : A fun roleplay server with a Lord of the Rings theme.
Have you read and agreed to the rules?: Yes
What’s your favourite rule / the rule you agree with the most?: To keep in Character at all times. (I have seen people who never stay in character.


Definitions

What is roleplaying?:Roleplay is when someone or something changes their personality and takes the role of someone or something else.

What’s metagaming?: Info not in the game used to affect someones in-game decisions.

What’s powergaming?:Using actions against another player. Such as if I cut your legs off, you can't just instantly cut them off, it will make a cut or if they have armor, they will just have a shorter cut.

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family (Include server lore when writing):Maxamus is from a large family. When he was young, his father gave him his very first bow. He was not very good at shooting it, but after awhile, he could shoot it like a pro. But when he became 17, tragedy struck. They killed everyone except his younger sister. On her tenth birthday, she was murdered by a unknown person. Now Maxamus travels the lands, looking for her killer.

What are they like (personality)?:Fun, but at night he is sometimes sad (Because his sister was killed at midnight).

What are their ambitions?:To become the best archer and to find his sister's killer.

Do they have any special skills?: Archery

What are their weaknesses?: Night

Give us a description of how they look (not a screenshot yet!)?: He has brown hair. He wears a green hat and green tunic, also green pants. He has also brown boots. A quiver on his back and a belt. He also has brown gloves.

Here are the problems I see with your application:

-Your powergaming definition, refer to this post on the WoW website. We follow basically the same definition. If you have questions, ask! http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/1306050810

-A minor issue, in the RP section the Race question. You answered Elf and sub Human. That isn't really how things work on LOTC. You see, under Elves, there are a few sub-races, Wood elf, High Elf, and Dark elf. That is the sub-race we are referring to in that question. So, click here to read up on the sub-races of the elves. Choose one, and update your application accordingly.

As stated above, feel free to PM (Private Message on the forums) me if you need anything. You might also want to read the post (the WoW post) for a better understanding of metagaming. Your choice.
