It looks like they were cheaply mass produced on low-quality paper, choosing function over fashion. They are attached to the various boards, posts and trees by a nail emblazoned with a small sun motif on the head. ((With the new scourge base suddenly appearing just north of the Witchwoods, it is highly likely that the woods- the area directly between the nearest UAC/Disciple base and the scourge base itself - will become a warzone or highly dangerous area. Nekhii, who's nosey and likes to spy on new occurences such as this base, is looking into the area from a hilltop nearby, squinting. She pulls out her eyeglass as she sees something...odd... She extends it and presses the seeing end to her eye and trains the lenses on the area where she see's an odd disturbance in the area. "Daw fawk...ees gaweeng aown..." She mumbles as she peers upon several merrily dancing skellingtons. "Naowpe! Nawt today!" She gets up abruptly and collapses the eyeglass, and hops on her horse and heads back to camp. How....delicioussssss" A long purple tongue exits the unnatural darkness cast over by the hood and licks unseen lips.
