A Grand Council Meeting

By order of Grand King Wulgar Grandaxe, the first of his name, ruler of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan and the Princedom of Fenn, A meeting is here called of the Lords, Jarls, Clan Councillors and King's Councillors of Urguan for the next elven day. It is expected that all Lords, Jarls, Clan Councillors and King's Councillors are present. The matter is quite important.
