It reads thusly: All mali'aheral inhabitants of the Tomb, (and Zahir) We shall be moving to, what they call, the Fringe. Our current location is dangerous, the Scourge lurk at our doorstep and we have an extreme lack of resources, including food. In the Fringe, we have farms and open air, which will aid in our growth.
