He places his head in his hands and thinks inwardly to himself... "A man ordained by my hands not three elven days ago... a man barely suitable to preach the Word... now the head of the religion? I can see now that the devil has entered this man and corrupts him with the sins of Pride and Greed. There is no further use of being a member of this forsaken Church... I must take my leave and save my soul while I still can." And so with that he writes a letter to the High Pontiff, delivered by hand, reading as follows... 23rd of Snow's Maiden, 1456 From the desk of Iosif Ruthern, Archbishop of Raev, to his Excellency High Pontiff Regulus I, Dear most holy Pontiff, It is during these dark times of our faith that I take my leave. The fake High Pontiff that has ascended the throne threatens to carry all of our souls with him into the Netherworld, and it has come to be the time of the Sword instead of the Word.
