We here at Tac & Co, offer multiple services, we are a merchat company based in Alras, we offer entertainment, we are under the process of building Theaters, aswell as Casinos and certain underground competitions. Now you may think that Tac & Co is another capitalistic evil company that only cares about their own wallet an not about the people! Fear not my friends! Fear not! Tac & Co is still flourishing and we require people to work for us : - Gatherers : We pay by the amount of items given. - Delivery boys, people who run from place to place to bring items around. - Bouncers : To protect the shopkeepers of our union. - Mercenaries and Assasins : To 'take care of' people who don't agree with our company or to take care of bounties. - Farmers and Miners as well as Architect to build our shops. -Actors, script writers and directors! Now you might think hey! You offering jobs doesn't return anything to the people! Wait! Tac & Co is offering shopkeepers jobs! When you started playing this on this server your goal was to buy a house right? Now you would need to make a lot of money to do so right? Not anymore! Tac & Co litteraly buys you a shop! And in return all you need to is sign a contract with Tac & Co! Now there has to be a catch to that right? I mean we litteraly give you a shop! No, but in return you must give us 10%, only 10%!!! Of your shop's revenue! A good deal right? And you must join Tac & Co as a shopkeeper / bartender, in doing so you vow to listen to your superior's order, we sell you items for a cheap amount and you sell them back to the people to make a profit. And, all the people on top of that we ensure that people in our company won't undercut you! The hierachy of our company : There are three branches in our company, ( for now ) Building / Gathering held by executive Timayame. Headhunting held by head assasin jeddeilso. and last the Finance/ Entertainment, held by me leomogenet. The chariman of our association is Tac64. Now each branch has a ranking of it's own, for more info on Headhunting please refer to viewtopic.php?f=55&t=12458 Finance! - Shopkeeper / bartender. You own your own shop and must take care of it, and give use 10% - Manager. You take care of at least 2 shops and tell them wether they must lower their prices etc. You also collect the ten percent from the shops. - Head Shopkeeper You give orders to all the shopkeepers, you make sure noone is backstabbing each other. - Executive of finance. I take care of ensuring the balance we set in the market to achieve our goal. Building. - Builder, you are given materials you are given orders, you follow them, don't build anything the architect doesn't want you to. - Gatherer, you are told to collect a type of material and you are given a time limit, we pay you depending on how much you gather in that set amount of time. - Head builder you basically are the middleman between the Builders and the architects. You make sure their designs are met and that the builders have enough materials. - Architect You make the designs and explain to the head builder. - Head architect you decision overrules all those of the other architects, you make sure everything looks pretty. - Executive Builder Timayame will basically give the architects plots and they must build there. The History of Tac & Co. It all started one day as I walking down the king's road where I saw a couple shops for sale. I decided to buy one, and start a brewery. Of course there are too many other bars around, so I wasn't doing well. Until I had the idea to turn the place into a gambling den! That is how it all started, I remebered and old friend named Tac, I was wondering if he could finance my project, together we founded Tac & Co. But one day our casino was raided (( Damn griefers )) as they saw our little casino was doing very well! We deceided to move to Kal'Alras to a more safe land. Today we are building the biggest casino in all of Aegis! We need you!! to help!! Our Goals and rules : Our goal is a simple one, but not a very easy one to achieve, we wish to settle a fair market where there are no undercut wars. Tac & Co is company that cares about you! We wish to create a fair market only but to help the consumers and the shopkeepers! They sel stuff cheap, you buy things cheap and they make a profit! Sounds like a perfect world eh? Not only that, it gives this ol' one something to do than run around time. This will also give good experience in not only running the store, but also working hand in hand with a Co. for my future endeavors. How much do you devote yourself to our cause : I can devote anything that is needed. Time, money, supplies, materials, anything that is asked, I will try in my best power to deliver. For shopkeepers, will you be able to supply yourself? Since I just made the store, Yes, I would be able to supply myself. Anything that the company would need me to sell should not be a problem. I sold the co. I see this co. as something that may run the economy soon. So I think much money can be made. How much do you devote yourself to our cause : My time my minas and my expertise about shops. For shopkeepers, will you be able to supply yourself? I dont bealive I will be runing a shop Due to the fact that i would be the Head Shop keeper. But yes if I were to run a shop I could supply my shop. Every person will help shape this company for the better in this world, even simple people like me. How much do you devote yourself to our cause :I will be able to give a lot of my time for the company, as I have a lot of time on my hands. I will be able to devote my brewery completely to Tac Co, and in my other spare time I will mine and get the rare minerals I am great at acquiring. For shopkeepers, will you be able to supply yourself? I will always be able to supply my brewery, as I have tons of iron for buckets and much wheat to make the ale. How much do you devote yourself to our cause :I can devote myself plenty of hours a day (I was on for about 7 hours today) and will be happy to work with your company. For shopkeepers, will you be able to supply yourself? It depends which resource. I can go out logging and collect sugar, I can make bookshelves, (cake if I had the three buckets to collect milk). I'm a member of the FOA so I might have to leave my shop for a battle with the Undead but that isn't often.((A couple hours every day because school is starting again)) For shopkeepers, will you be able to supply yourself? : I can supply myself with food but I don't know how to get lots of ale. OliTassell 9 Share Posted August 25, 2011 In-game name: Alex Benjamin The position you wish to take: Manager/Head Shopkeeper Why you want to join our company: I run a successful business already, "The Open Quiver" in Alkhazar ((link in my signature)), but I find that without enough people supplying me with raw materials that I often run out of goods restricting the money i can make, which often deters people from visiting if I cannot meet their orders. Joining a larger organization will give me the ability to make sure that i don't run out of stock by using the suppliers and couriers of Tac & Co, giving me the stability i need to expand my trading prospects. I also find that now days i can not meet many of the prices in other shops, due to the fact i have to buy my own materials from other traders who have now decided to cut out the middle man and go straight into selling the finished goods themselves. Joining Tac & Co. will allow me to enhance the service that i already offer to make more money. I just find it difficult to meet the larger orders that people want now, with some orders running into the 1000's of minas, i can't get the materials together quick enough, and cheap enough, for them. Being apart of a group that controls the supplies will allow me to meet these demands more easily and become better known as a reliable trader. How much do you devote yourself to our cause: Wholeheartedly, to make money for myself and in turn Tac & Co. For shopkeepers, will you be able to supply yourself? Sometimes, i find it difficult to come across some of the goods i need such as a large quantity of feathers for arrows etc. I can supply some of my own stock through a small farm i have growing wheat, sugar cane and wood. I Mainly need things such as iron, feathers and flint whereas the rest of my stock either comes from my farm supplemented by items brought from other traders/suppliers.
