Several Recipes Aren't Working

I can't seem to get several recipes to work including:

 

Charcoal/coal and book

Cracked stone bricks

Mossy cobblestone/bricks

Additionally, Tippin's Root can't be created. I believe there are still a few problems with craftbook after it was reset due to the massive amount of space it was taking up, but the tech team should fix that soon enough.

Not all custom Recipes are Craftbook custom recipes. Either that or GMs have readded stuff that I am not aware of.

Alright, is there any chance in them being re-added? Recipes like Tippin's root are crucial for the Archemy Plug-in
