The Death Of A Dwarf

 Share

Recommended Posts

While'st strolling the lovely bridges of Kal'Arkon, Rheki Irongut slipped on the stone slick from the nearby waterfall. Upon seeing the twisted body of the Dwarf you realize he died slowly and painfully. You search the body and find a solitary note, folded neatly eight times, addressed to his brother King Hogarth.

"My dearest brother, if you are reading this it means I have finally bit the dust. I am sorry to leave you  before my time, just like father. I leave all of my worldly possessions to my daughter of three years, Nogazen. I will also need some lad er lass to take care of her.

I always loved you Brother.

-Rehki Irongut"

(( I expect a funeral!))

Kwint thinks that it was a pretty dishonorable death for an Irongut.

Gamle Irongut drops to his knees at the sight of the body, his face a mix of shock and grief. A single tear rolls down his cheek, and he shouts into the sky.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

Kwint is surprised of how entirely different his father's reaction is compared to his own; he decides to be more dramatic next time.

*High Prophet Chase Irongut brushes the flap of his coat as he and other clergy members lift up the body of Rehki Irongut. They head toward the temple of the Brathmordakin within Kal'Arkon. The proceding of men and dwarves follow into the temple, the few clergy members walk inside of the preparation area in the back room, but they allow no one inside.*

((I finally got around to being back on the forums again after a long time dealing with projects, I will set up a funeral.))
